I wouldn't recommend it, unless you want to get a skin reaction. I used it when it came under my eyes and 30 seconds later my skin was burning, and when I looked in the mirror I had swollen skin. Even after I thoroughly washed it with cold water, the burning sensation lingered for awhile.

The product is not sealed, I don’t feel it’s safe to use as it might not be original and refilled with something else or somebody used it and returned, then it was resold to me.

"Does what is says on the tin" as it were. Lovely cooking gel that actually works. My eyes bags have been looking dark recently (my husband died), but this product does a great job and the appearance of bags is greatly reduced plus, they don't look dark at all.
