I run a drink shop and bought this dispenser because it looked similar (and even better) than the one I used before. After using it for about 5 months, I’m completely disappointed. The biggest issue is that tea leaks from inside the dispenser. Even when I empty and clean it at the end of the day, I often find liquid pooled underneath it the next morning. It also leaks around the temperature display, which shouldn’t happen if it’s really double-walled. You can see from the photos that tea residue has built up on the outside seams over time, making it look dirty. Also, the handle isn’t fixed — when I pour tea for reheating, the handle moves in the same direction, and the tea spills over it. It’s not completely unusable, but for the price and design, I expected much better quality.

Used once and it worked great. Filled it the second time and it leaked horribly where the bottom seam is on the dispenser.

This bucket is a game - changer. I use it for work lunches and outdoor picnics. Whether it’s soup or ice - cream, the temperature stays perfect. Love it!

It leaks and does not calibrate a temperature

Terrible - cheap junk. Not worth the $70 price I was charged. Returned same day. The valve around the spigot is not sealed properly and “insulating” material (looked like plastic bag) was poking out around the valve. The feet that hold it up were unstable and very cheap plastic. Won’t dispense anything thicker than coffee. Not suitable for hot chocolate or thin smoothies. Unless you like overpaying for cheap junk, I wouldn’t bother.
