Can anyone tell me how to dismount comfortably? That's my only challenge. Otherwise I feel the burn, plus it's really quiet. No complaints except my balance. Its atring and even my kids uses it now

I purchased this item as a way to still get some exercise while healing from a broken foot. I actually lost 2 inches in my waist. Unfortunately the band/pully broke 4 months later. I gave this product 5 stars because it is a great product, and the company’s customer service is stellar! I reached out to them explaining what happened. They responded within 24 hours requesting a couple of pictures as well as information from the sticker on the leg of the item. They sent a replacement within days. I was 100% satisfied with their customer service and love this little machine. My foot has healed and I’ve been able to incorporate other cardio activities back into my workout regimen, but this one will stay in my rotation. ❤️

I bought this item because I saw it advertised and I really wanted to try it. The first week and a half was great. I loved it. It seems to do what I expected it to do. Except after about a week and a half it started making this squeaking sound every time I would twist. Extremely irritating and loud and something that it should not be doing. It didn’t do that at first. And I have had multiple different people of different weight. Try it to see if it had something to do with the weight of the people using it and it does not. From a 60 pound person to a 220 pound person, it’s squeaks. So now I’m no longer using it because I can’t stand the sound. We tried using WD-40 and it didn’t do anything, I tried tightening screws and it didn’t do anything. No matter what I do it squeaks and it’s loud and extremely irritating. I would give this five stars because I like the product but now that it’s just going to sit in my house not getting used. I’m extremely disappointed.

2nd day using this already, and you can definitely feel the burn after 15 mins of use. I will post another update later on, but so far, it holds my weight (im 185 lbs) this is the third item I have from this company, and honestly I have never been disappointed. Its not noisy, and its comfortable to use. I got it for $45 so to me that seems like a pretty good price for a workout machine. Seems like its easy to use, i still have to use the wall, but ill get better in time.

I saw this product on a platform and wanted to try it that resulted in instant regret. I used it Monday morning for less than 5 minutes and not all together. I took quite a few breaks. I wore a back brace with it as well. Tuesday morning, I thought I was a bit sore but did the same thing again. On Wednesday morning, I was struggling to get out of bed due to tremendous back pain. I wore my back brace to work. For almost a week it felt like hell on earth. As a 31 year old, I needed a rolling walker to get up and to walk. This equipment placed me in the hospital. IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS BACK PROBLEM, DO NOT GET THIS! Even if you don’t you will get it. Let’s fast forward, I immediately return the item on day 3 (Wednesday) on June 24. This company had the audacity to refund my money on July 6 then proceed to say it won’t be credited until July 13. Not only did I have to pay a hospital bill and for my medication that this equipment caused. I had to wait almost a month for my money!! Never again! I should just sue you guys! Because trust and believe I have my doctors note and diagnosis that said it was this equipment. You should be ashamed!
