Luxardo cherries are the best I have ever used in my manhattan’s,yes a little pricey but well worth the money.

Excellent for an Old Fashioned
There are two cherry brands work amazingly well in an Old Fashioned. These Luxardo cherries and the Fabbri Amarena ones. Both are excellent but they do taste differently from each other. I like both of them very well, and I usually switch back and forth between the two. The Luxardo are Darker and Stronger flavored. The Fabbri are lighter in both flavor and color, and in my experience are a little smaller. You can't go wrong with either one. Both are a 5 out of 5 star product.

These are highly flavored cherries in a thick syrup. Perfect for cocktails, perfect with ice cream as well. Wherever you want to add the flavour of maraschino cherries this is the one to buy.
