I was honestly surprised by how well this little fan works for personal spaces. It’s compact, lightweight, and super easy to set up. I’ve been using it at my desk and beside my bed, and it definitely helps make the area feel cooler and more comfortable, especially at night. I also like that it’s quieter than I expected and doesn’t take up much room. It’s not meant to cool an entire house, but for small spaces or direct airflow, it does the job really well. Great option if you want something portable and convenient for warmer days.

I’ve really been enjoying the Arctic Air Ice Jet X3 Portable Air Cooler so far. The cool air feels solid and refreshing, and I love that it’s lightweight, compact, and easy to move around my apartment. I already have AC at home, but there are days when the weather is nice enough that I’d rather open the windows instead of cooling the whole place, and that’s when this cooler really shines. It keeps my workspace comfortable without having to turn on the full AC, and the adjustable fan speeds and LED light are a nice bonus for using it during the day or in the evening.

The first day of use: We followed the directions exactly, they are very simple, it looked like a wonderful product. I sent this email on July 7th to the email listed in the manual describing the issues. "Hello, We just opened this and started using it. The unit on High with one of the cool jets, works fine. With the power on, both cooling jets light up and the fan immediately turns off. If only one cooling jet is on, it will continue to run on High, If it’s running on High, and we press the icon for cooling jets, to turn the other cooling jet on, both lights are lit, and the fan cuts off immediately. On Medium, and Slow, it will run with both cooling jets and lights on. When turning the fan on High, both cooling jet lights come on, and the fan shuts off immediately. So our question is: Can we have both cooling jets turned on, with the fan on high? We cannot seem to get it to work that way. We did not overfill it. Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated" !The response I got on July 8th was, "We are committed to providing the best products and friendliest customer service. I apologize for the inconvenience of not having access to the manual. I have added images of the manual below. I hope that this assists you with the use of your product." I emailed them back, also on July 8th. "Hi, thanks very much for responding. It did come with the manual, I never mentioned that it didn’t, and we have followed the instructions exactly. My problem is not the manual, it’s a specific issue, and I really tried to be detailed. Can you please look at my email that I had sent again, and maybe you could tell me what to do? I hate to return this one and get another and then have the same problem. Then I would have to return two of them and I sure don’t want to do that"! As of this date, July 11th, I have not heard a word back from them. I took it straight to the UPS store and returned it. I cannot recommend this product.

I really like this fan! It keeps me very cool and I love that it isn’t loud. Ooo wish it didn’t have to be plugged in. It would be so much better if it ran on batteries and I could carry it places that may not have an outlet. It doesn’t leak and it’s very easy to set up. Overall a good purchase

I bought our first one and now I ordered a 2nd one. This is very well made, excellent reviews, perfect size for bedrooms or smaller living room. Easy to put together with ice and water. Ran 8 hrs last night and worked wonderfully, keeps you so very cool and comfortable. Highly recommend.

This is a clever device and it does cool but it is NOT quiet and that is why I have given it only 3 stars. I need complete silence when I sleep and this does not provide it.

Great little personal cooler! It works best up close and feels really refreshing—especially with ice. Lightweight, quiet, and super easy to use. I love using it on my desk, by my bed, or even outside when I’m sitting nearby. Perfect if you want a simple, portable way to stay cool.

Great product, keep in mind this is not a rechargeable fan, it has to stay plugged in. This fan is small enough for my desk and so far no water has leaked. Its powerful and does actually help cool you down. This fan is quite loud though
