I have peripheral vasculitis which inhibits blood flow to my legs. Ideally, I would use an exercise bike but don’t have anywhere to put it permanently. This is ideal as it is portable and doesn’t take up much space.

I would recommend the product to anyone wanting to keep moving while sitting/working. Videos that I've seen are misleading, claiming that it has massage pedals, this is not the case, it's just a normal plastic pedal with no moving massage points like it implies on the videos, hence why it lost a point. I can say it's ultra silent and effortless in use. I only paid £100 on prime day(£120)normal price. Personally I think they are only worth £80 for what it is, but does keep you moving while sat watching tv

This step machine is perfect for people who work from home or have a desk job and don’t have enough time to go out and exercise. You can sit in comfort and still get your steps in.It fits perfectly under my desk, it’s not too bulky and doesn’t get in the way. It works really well and you can definitely feel the burn.The settings and functions are easy to use. There is a control included to which is handy. It stops you bending down so much to change the settings.It's quite quiet while in use so it won’t cause to much distraction in the office. You can even use this while watching tv.It feels stable and secure when using it but it's actually quite lightweight too.The anti-slip peddles work really well and does give you allot of grip so you don’t slip around.The screen is easy to see and read. It displays the time left, the setting and the modes etc.It arrives without any assembly required.Recommended.

I am very impressed with this exercise machine, it's much quieter then I thought it would be and overall functionality is very user friendly. It has different modes depending on what is prefer d with different speeds available as well.It's quite compact and fits under the office desk I have with ease, I found I needed to lift my hair height ever so slightly to adjust for the slightly higher foot position. The foot pedals have plenty enough room for my feel and feel very comfortable.The screen at the top is bright and clearly displays, mode, time left and speed settings. Is very easy to change settings and direction.It's less of a work out and more of a good way to keep circulation and joints mobile where I'd other wise be sat for hours not moving.

This is described as an elliptical machine, but it's important to note that it's self-driven, i.e. the pedals go round by themselves at the set speed - you don't drive it against resistance as you would normally because that would be very difficult to do from a seated position. So it's a very low impact machine that probably would suit older people looking to keep their joints mobile.It arrives ready to go, no assembly required. Not heavy, but heavy enough for purpose and the build quality is good.In operation, it's pretty quiet with easy to use controls and a clear display. There's a remote so you can manage the speed without having to constantly reach down.Price is reasonable - don't expect a gym workout - the main advantage of this machine though is that you can continue to work while working out.

Works great!! Such a cool gadget especially if you have trouble going to the gym or work from home. Feels heavy and sturdy everything worked perfect it seems really well made. It’s already made so there really isn’t any assembly to do and it fits right under my desk perfectly. I love how you can adjust and control from the remote and the actual unit itself some i’ve seen only have a remote which is inconvenient cause what if u lose it lol. i’ve been burning around 800 calories each day with ease for the past couple weeks now! I use the max speed 12 i actually hope they make one with a higher speed and increase the 15min intervals and maybe a bigger or split screen so we can see more than one mode at a time. Other than that this thing works great a lot better than i expected but i’m glad since its definitely an investment so im glad its a good value especially since i have a ton of chronic pain and can’t put pressure on my left foot due to plantar fasciitis and fibromyalgia so this helps me still have some movement without having to ahve the pain of pressure on my foot. Literally lifesaver for me.

This is perfect for under my work desk, your knees don't go up too high so no smacking them on the underside of the desk. And even though it doesn't list it anywhere if you want to use it unplugged it works fine manually without any cables and has nice but not too strong resistance (unsure if this would ruin the motor but I only ever want to use it manually so I don't mind). Perfect size, and not too heavy. And for those mentioning it can make you move your office chair backwards just peddle backwards and it makes you stay in place.

This little machine is a game changer! I've been using it for approx. 2 weeks now and already feel a permanent shift in the health of my feet, ankles, legs, knees and upper thighs. With an old knee injury, constant numbness and pain in my feet, and bad circulation in my legs, I was in pain all day, every day, which made it almost impossible for me to walk far or stand on my feet for more than 2 hours, even with a fairly regular exercise regimen. It took me a long while to research new ways to help with the pain and increase circulation in my legs, and now I've found the perfect tool!As a bonus, this little machine is so easy to use with the preset levels of speed, it's so quiet, you can't even hear it.I would highly recommend this for anyone who is a senior with limited mobility, especially in the winter, for anyone who suffers from bad circulation from sitting for long periods of time or for anyone who wants some relief from pain due to all kinds of health reasons. Money well spent and a great idea as a gift for anyone you think needs a little help with those issues.

I sit at my desk in my home office for longs hours in the day, sometimes I just forget to get up and walk around. This under desk elliptical has been a great purchase for me. I just turn on the machine and let it do its thing, I don’t need to think about it, I just know my legs are moving and it’s helping with my overall leg blood circulation. It’s a bonus knowing that I’m also burning calories while doing this.The machine is easy to use, you just plug in and your ready to go, I love that it has a remote, I don’t even need to bend down to turn it off or on, or even adjust the speed, it’s all in the remote at my fingertips. There’s not too much noise and the product itself when on a hard for or a mat is very sturdy, it’s not imbalanced at all. Great product, may be buying another one since my husband and son both like to use it too.
