Metcalfe card kits are excellent. They are easy to construct but one has to concentrate when doing so. They are also easy to customise. Made from card there's no weight concerns

I wasn't sure how this would turn out but its very simple to follow the instructions and the finished building is lovely, although larger than I had anticipated. It comes with two buildings too. I haven't made the second one yet.
