The brim is wide enough to provide sun protection. Very light weight and seems well made. No loose threads. I like that the back of my neck is protected. I can also roll up the back and secure it with Velcro if I don’t need it.

Absolutely love this hat and the sun protection it provides. The neck flap roles up into the crown to be hidden with a hook-and-loop strap when not needed, but I always use it in the unfolded position. Uniquely this hat does not fly off in strong winds, and the chin strap does a great job holding it in place. I regularly fold this hat into quarters, packing it in my backpack or luggage, and it always retains its shape when unfolded. The brim is just big enough to provide needed protection, while not overly large, at least for my need. My head is typically on the larger size, and this hat fits perfectly. Great purchase.

I somehow misplaced my old sunhat and needed a new one. This one is well made and easily adjustable. It washed well and I air dried it. I generally put the hat on a bowl to dry so the brim lays flat. This one has a more rigid brim than my old one which I prefer. It's not stiff, just less floppy. I appreciate the deep brim as well to keep the sun off my face.

Comfortable hat and it is well-made. The fit was a bit smaller than expected, even after using the sizing chart. So order one size larger.

Great hat excellent quality, I like the fact that you can tuck the neck flap into the rim of the back of the hat if you don’t want it down all the time. It’s a great value and versatile like having two hats in one. The chin strap keeps it from blowing off in high wind. Keep me from getting sunburnt in the pool.

Lightweight, comfortable and love the flap on the back. Kept the sun out of my eyes and off my neck and upper back. I always seem to burn no matter what I do on the back of my neck and upper shoulders. But this hat was great for covering up that area. Easy to roll the flap up and tuck it into the little compartment on the back of the hat and no one knows it's there. Would highly recommend if you want something that is comfortable and cool but covers that areas that other brimmed hats do not. I'm a woman so even though this is a "mans" hat it doesn't look it, very unisex look and extremely functional.

Great hat for outdoors. I purchased this for my husband who works outdoors and he loves it. It keeps him cool and keeps him from getting sunburned.

My husband is bald and gets burned so badly especially behind his neck. Did some research and figured I’d try this one. So far so good. The grey is very nice. It is lightweight and provides airflow. He used it mowing the lawn and couldn’t believe he was suffering for no reason in the sun. The size is perfect for him and has space but not loose and the strap helps secure it. He likes that you can put the flap away inside the hat itself for a different look or setting. Bought one for my dad and brother-in-law for Father’s Day. Recommend.

Needed head and back of neck sun protection during lawn bowling tournaments. The adjustable head size cord worked well. Doing a good job meeting my sun protection requirements. I'm a male with a small-medium size head - circumference measurement 22.5 in (57 cm). The adjustable chin strap helps on windy days.

Bought this hat for use on my allotment. It is a well made Hat with a large Brim and ventillated top that keeps your head cool. The addition of the Neck Flap is useful when working bending down or kneeling. Highly Recommended have purhased a second one for use when going out on Hot Days

Lightweight and cool with great cover. A nice fitting hat very good for golf on a hot day. The neck flap being foldable is great.

Flaps can be folded and stow within the hat. Neat. Well ventilated, comfy on the head. Works perfectly as intended. Quality looks pretty good. Seems like can compete against this major brands. Worth the money. Bought 2, both me and my gf loves it.
