It's working for me!
I read the reviews here and on the Groh website. Most people commented that it took 3 months to see any change. I have just started my 3rd bottle (so it's been 2 months) and I could see a difference almost immediately. It may be because I have curly hair, but I could see right away that my scalp looked "fuzzier". I am super happy with this product! Less hair in the shower and more hair on my head where it belongs! I am recommending to my friends who are having hair loss and thinning.

I have used this product for about 5 months and my very thin spot on the top of my head has completely filled in and I no longer see hair in the shower drain. I am loving it! It took about 3 months to really see what was happening, but it is real.

Cheated!!!
I was looking through my supplements to see what needed to be reordered and I discovered I only had 5 capsules of this left. I received the bottle on May 31st and today is June 18th, which means I only received 43 capsules instead of 60. Buyer beware.

Way less hair falling out!
I have extremely fine hair and I take these pills every day along with using the shampoo and conditioner and the system definitely keeps my hair from falling out! It took a few months to see results, but I’m very satisfied with the improvement I’ve seen in my hair thickness.
