Does the job, my mattress is horrible. From Ikea. improved my sleep a lot.

This mattress pad is amazing. I had a firm mattress (we bought for my husband's back issues) and I was waking up aching all over, ironically with lower back pain likely due to being a side sleeper. I bought this in hopes we wouldn't have to drop thousands on a new mattress. I also bought a bamboo mattress sleeve with a zipper (even though this topper has a removable and washable cover, so it really wasn't necessary). I put it on top of our mattress, tucked the four straps underneath, and slipped the zipper cover (bought separately) over top- this was the only tricky part. But I do think it helps everything stay put, and since I still put a waterproof mattress cover over all of that, I doubt I will have to wash it but maybe twice a year. Let me tell you- I sleep like a rock on this thing. NO more aches and back pain when I wake up in the mornings. I truly think this topper has improved my sleep quality, it's really insane. I sleep through the night, it does not trap heat, and I wake up feeling rested. I want to mention- and this was strictly a bonus- it elevates my bed so my oversized quilted bedspread lays so nicely on it now. Whereas before it was draped onto the floor because my mattress alone is not tall. So my bed looks amazing all made up now. I bought this one instead of the tempurpedic, and I 100% think it was the best decision. Other reviews said that one got hot, and since my husband is hot natured especially through the night, I didn't want to risk paying more money for that one. I also love the fact that this one has a nonslip bottom and removable cover you can toss in the washer. I would recommend spending the extra 40 bucks or so to get a bamboo zipper mattress cover, because like I said it just keeps everything in place and nice and tight. You would never know I have a topper on my bed. Buy it, you will absolutely love it.

I was contemplating replacing my mattress - it was not helping with my lower back issues- but I came across the idea of using a mattress topper - news to me! And this one came up in the various reviews I looked at. I’m really happy I got this as it’s improved my sleep, much better on my back, comfortable and eliminated the need to replace my mattress!

So far this has fit the bill on what I was searching for. It appears to be of good quality and it is exceptionally very comfortable. I got the Queen size and I'm loving it, feels like luxury. It is high density, heavy, and it is a medium firm plushy feel. You don't feel yourself sinking into it when you roll over, and aren't trying to climb out of a deep hole either, easy roll over. I do have a super firm bed from Bowles Mattress, the HD one that you can flip over and use both sides and I wanted to build upon it to my liking. Started with a firm latex thinking that would do but it didn't have enough cush feel like a cloud, so I got this and put on top of that and now I'm in heaven. So far no aches or pains in my lower back or anywhere. I also have a medium firm cloud temperpedic bed which is so comfortable when you go to sleep in it, but I would wake up in PAIN in my lower back, so that led me to this bed I have now. This is a 2 thumbs up mattress topper for me so far!! (Just wanted to also add, that this doesn't have an odor, it doesn't slip around on my bed and it doesn't sleep hot either like my Temperpedic Cloud does. If I could give this topper more stars instead of just 5 I would!! Thank you very much to the company that makes this (don't change a thing) and to Amazon for making it available to us!!!) A+++ (Feb 2018 Update) - Still happy and loving my topper, so comfy. (UPDATE- Dec.9, 2018) - I STILL, have nothing but positive reviews on this topper, it really is a great topper, it has been worth every penny in my case!! I don't regret getting it at all. (UPDATE- Nov. 29, 2019) - This topper is still great, holding up very well, looks and feels the same as the day I got it and still very much pleased with it!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOPPER!!! {UPDATE- March 2021} - Mattress topper is still holding up great, still very comfy. I am still very happy with this purchase whenever this topper does wear out, I will definitely be buying another for sure! I should get a discount for all the good reviews I give them, you'd think, but whatever, I do love this topper though and like helping people when I know something is a good product. I appreciate seeing people share their opinions of products, as long as it's "HONEST", it's very helpful.
