Will this also help with dark spots too

It should help. I had a really bad scar from a fall off my bike. My doctor recommended Sodermix and it has helped. The scar is not as dark or as 'raised' as it was before I started using the cream. Keep in mind, it takes a few weeks before you start to see results, but it definitely made a difference. GOOD LUCK!
