It works. Cleans old dirty suede. Looks better.
Sky blue suede birkenstock clogs had been used for about 2 years with no water/dust repellent treatment. They had started looking very dirty. The instructions are specific and easy, they definitely revitalized my suede color but wouldn't say it looks like new. The metal brush was excellent at fluffing up my suede after wash/dry.
