I love this type of sugar and decided to purchase it in this jar instead of the bag. It's much more expensive in the jar and the 5 oz - granted I knew it wasn't much - is only as big as a small coffee cup. When you bake with this stuff, that might last you a week. I'll go back to the bag for now and maybe put it in a container myself. It's much cheaper and it all tastes the same.

Horrible after taste. Reminds me of sweet and low or other artificial sugar after taste that lingers. Also be careful of inhalation as you can taste it in your nasal passages. I purchased this as a mistake. I think itโs due to being an extract instead of being actual monk fruit sugar. Definitely will not purchase again plus it was expensive for the super small container.

Yes the container is small, but one serving is enough for me to enjoy my dirt water (tea) It's not sugar, so don't expect a sugar taste. It is sweet, but not overbearing.

I like my tea and coffee heavily sugared, but have been looking for alternatives. For a while I was using a sugarcane based substitute, but the erythritol caused some health issues and I had to stop using it. Enter monkfruit extract, with no erythritol. This has become my go-to sugar substitute for my tea and coffee. It's a slightly different sweetness than sugar but my tastebuds have now completely adjusted. It dissolves quite well in boiling water with a little stirring - it's not immediate, but it's pretty easy. I steam milk for my lattes and it doesn't dissolve quite as easily, but it still works. Finally, despite the price it's a good value as you need very little. There's a teeny tiny scoop in the jar, equivalent to one teaspoon of sugar. My first jar lasted over two months. Overall, this has been a great substitute for me. I would still prefer sugar if there were was no impact on my health, but I can now enjoy my tea and coffee with a little less guilt.

I love this monk fruit sweetener 100% the teal thing no fillers it has a light brown color to it, dissolved in cold water easily, just made an iced latte with milk coffee and matcha less than the teaspoon it came with to sweeten the whole 2 cups... WoW!! Not sure how to bake with it as sugar is bulky and different weights but so not going back to stevia Mama is happy only thing i could think is to make more affordable maybe i could find for less elsewhere! No digestive issues no blood sugar spike no calories there are literally 400+ servings with its own scoop spoon so plenty in quantity for drinks alone! I mean its a win win ๐
