Two labels on the bottle both were damaged couldn’t read the directions because of the second label.
The label looks damaged. There was a sticker placed on the side of it and you couldn’t read the directions or see the date and when you tried to take the sticker off the label came off with it. See attached picture.

Mushrooms are the cure for any issue. These are so much better than melatonin. Great sleep and no groggy in the morning.

I picked up these sleep capsules because I'm always looking for ways to improve my sleep (and my healthcare team says I need more sleep). These combine mushroom mycelium (Reishi and Lion's Mane) with ingredients like GABA and magnesium. I can't say I've seen a dramatic shift yet, but they seem to offer some calming support. They are easy to take and don't cause any upset. It's a reasonably priced option, especially given the brand's reputation. If you're sensitive to sleep aids, it might take a bit to figure out how much to take for you. I'm still working on it.
