Favorite gluten free pasta brand
I've been Celiac for over a decade and I'm so glad I found these! I'm Italian and while it's easy to find gluten free food in Italy, its not as easy here in the states. These are easy to use, simply follow the instructions. I will say that piping the cheese mixture inside of them is a bit of a challenge, but the end result is delicious! My husband who has no food allergies said he couldn't tell the difference. Jovial always puts out high quality food with great flavor and excellent texture. They are my go-to for gluten free pasta because not only are they gluten free, they are also corn free. You can have these cooked in only a few minutes, so they are very quick to cook initially.

Falls apart!
I have bought Jovial Fusili pasta, Manicotti and their Lasagna noodles. The lasagna falls apart completely! And that’s after less than 4 minutes of boiling! The other two pasta’s maintain their shape and taste as good as any other pasta. But their lasagna noodles are a disaster!!

Held up during baking
Not the best flavor but definitely not the worst gluten free pasta. For the price, would have expected a better taste and texture. Did hold up to the instructed cook time along with baking with ricotta filling.

Good gluten free pasta
This is one of my favorite gluten free pastas. I make the filing from scratch and it comes out perfect every time. Texture is good and the noodles hold the filling very nicely. I recommend,

Received a bunch of broken
The pasta dissolved when baked, like it just disappeared. Taste was OK. one third of the product was broken so badly the manicotti cannot be filled. Very poorly packaged. I threw away the second box. Considering how expensive it is, the company should do a better job of packaging. Will not buy again.

Arrived broken
This is very good quality gluten free pasta. Unfortunately it arrived with many broken pieces. The 3 boxes were shrink wrapped together, which is fine. But they were put into a plain paper shipping envelope with no rigidity or padding. Thus the broken product.
