I usually never leave a review, but I wanted to for this electric wheelchair because it could really help someone who is having a really hard time. I’m a 6’9” 260 Lb male. If you weigh significantly less than that, you will get better performance. First off, I needed this to mostly walk my dog daily and for the occasional trip to the store. My biggest question was how it performed on the grass because I couldn’t find any videos here or on YouTube that showed one being taken off road. It will definitely operate in the grass as long as it’s not tall grass, the ground is somewhat even and there are no bad divots. Even though it has (2) batteries and (2) 250 watt motors, there isn’t a lot of torque or power. It’s geared and designed for more long distance operation than off road operation where more power and torque is needed. Again, it will operate on the grass, but it’s a very jarring ride. On the pavement it is absolutely perfect. It’s silky smooth and you could say, totally silent at full speed. The design and overall quality is awesome. This does not look like a budget electric wheelchair off of Amazon in person. It isn’t really big. It’s pretty small actually, but even with my extreme size, I fit in it just fine. My knees do bend a little, but it’s totally ok. The seat and the seat back seem solid. It doesn’t feel like it’s going to snap when you lean back with a lot of weight. It’s also extremely easy to fold up. That’s only takes a few seconds. The wiring is all snaked ver clean underneath unlike some others I have seen. It feels solid !! Even at 260 lbs, the frame doesn’t flex at all. I’m super happy with my purchase and I can’t see how anyone could be disappointed with this chair. I’d still be happy if I paid significantly more. It’s simply great, especially for the price. Oh one thing I was disappointed with is that the wheels are not the advertised size. I believe the description says the front wheel is almost 9” and the rear wheel is almost 16”. No, they are definitely not that size. I didn’t have a tape measure, but trust me, they aren’t that big. The rear wheel with the tire included is about 12” and the front wheels with tire included, look to be about 6” diameter. The wheels and tires, do seem to be good quality however. Nonetheless, that was a disappointment. Thankfully everything else really is great, so even with the wheels being smaller than stated, I’m still very happy. I'm in love with this electric wheelchair! It moves so smoothly. It suggests that you get practice around the house b4 going outside. I charged it up but I didn't use it the 1st day, but went to use it 2 weeks later and it was still charged. I also like the Turtle and rabbit features. It helps me with the function of the product. This chair is the right size and weight for any vehicle. It's size makes it easy to use and load into your vehicle. To help me load my vehicle when I'm alone, I use a small cheap ramp that I purchased. This electric chair even has a horn. You will be delighted to use this chair because it's awesome.👌🏽

Very sturdy chair - well built. Comes mostly assembled, however no instructions of any kind were included. It ended up being too heavy for us. The seller was easy to work with and shared the shipping cost for the return.

This wheelchair is fantastic for the money! Plus, it doesn’t have those sneaky delivery fees that some other options have. And the best part? No tools needed to put it together. You just need to tighten the controller to the arm and connect the battery underneath the seat by pressing the two clamps together. The battery was already charged at about 80%, and the instructions suggest charging it for 24 hours, but I just charged it overnight, and it was ready to use the next day. It folds up easily for storage or when you’re traveling. Weighs about 60lbs. Overall, we’re really happy with the product.

I love this chair! It works great, was delivered fast. I got this chair for going out in and it works great for my needs. It is a little heavy but there's always someone with me when I go out so not a big deal for. Its comfortable as well but I will be getting a cushion to go with it. Its sturdy and folds up nicely as well. I haven't had any issues with the battery life either. I love it!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

My chair arrived fine. It's heavy, more than I can handle. Mine won't Charge or it won't come on, or take a charge. I'm going to try to exchange it for another one. I had made plans to go to the grocery store with my wife after 4 years of sitting home.

Enjoying the quickness of getting around in this chair...gotta be careful with the joystick on rabbit speed so I'm using turtle speed for now. Makes smooth 360°turns...great buy

This is a good chair, but it’s falling apart slowly I’ve had multiple screws and bolts come out of it. It’s also hard to find the contact number for the company.
