SIHOO M59AS Ergonomic Office Chair, Dual Backrest, Adaptive Lumbar Support

So, I am an extremely vertically challenged woman, so you can imagine the struggle I hope in finding a chair that not only suits my height, but is comfortable and supportive of my spinal health. I found this recommended by others online and decided to risk the chance to see how it was. And so far, I am extremely pleased! I can sit for longer than 30 minutes without immediate tailbone pain (injured)! It also has an adjustable neck rest! My only wish was that it had a greater recline to it for those lazy days, but that's a small nitpick, especially for the incredible price!

Amazing SIHOO chair quality! The fit and construction are excellent—it feels like it could easily support 500 lbs. I feel very safe and stable moving around, and the lumbar support really works.

I’ve had this chair for about 2-3 weeks now and for the price, I think it’s great except for the headrest. I’m 5’4, so the lumbar support is honestly great for me, even if it isn’t adjustable. The headrest, no matter what position it is in, pushes your head so far forward that you can’t sit all the way back in the chair and utilize the lumbar support, which is a little disappointing (I just took it off and use the chair without it). The adjustable arm rests are great, I love that they can move and flip up, which is nice for playing guitar in. Setup was easy and only took me about 20-25 mins. The quality is pretty good, with only a few snags on the seat of the chair, which I honestly don’t care about at the price point. Looks great, only negative is the headrest and lack of options for one that you can use.

This is a great chair. Lots of ways to adjust it and very comfortable. Also my back does not get hot in it because of the mesh. I do use a little foot stool with it but that is hardly a problem. I am glad I picked this one.

The main pros: -The arm rests fold up (so you can play guitar, etc). -It has a hanger on the back. -It's really comfy when you're leaned back/reclined The cons: -The arm rests are a bit too close together for me. -The upright position isn't totally upright. -When upright, the head rest doesn't support the head or neck (because it's not fully upright). -Don't buy it if you're much taller than 6ft (the lumbar support isn't adjustable.) It's a fine chair, but before you buy a chair; you really want to actually sit in it first.

First of all, let me tell you that I am a little over 5'4", so I'm a short king. One of the things that I was never really able to use was a headrest because my head always rests below it. This is the first time in a very long time that I can remember where I actually can use the headrest because I can make adjustments. The cool function is that when you lean back, you can actually lean back to the point where you are relaxing. If you combine this with the footrest, which I have, get one that doesn't slip and where you can have your feet right on it. Your feet don't move because this chair glides beautifully, but it will glide too much if you don't have something to stop you. So I use a footrest, and it is beautiful. I use one that is cushy, so I don't even need to keep any shoes on. You can lean back this seat so much where you could literally just sleep on it. It is that comfortable. One of the best things is that it has a great installation video that makes installation pretty easy. Make sure you don't lose those lock washers though. If you do lose them, you won't be able to screw in the arms properly. It requires those washers and the way that they are built to actually function properly. Another cool thing about this is that I can put both of these arms up and then play my guitar without having any issues with the arms, which is such a cool feature. The other thing is you can adjust how much you want to lay back. There are two modes. One is what I call working mode where you twist in the control on the bottom of your chair. That only gives you a few inches of play, so you can lean back a tiny bit and move in your chair without it feeling rigid. But then when you pull it out, you can lean back to the point where you feel like you are in business class. Combined with the footrest, you are literally talking about this being almost like having a recliner. It is very, very comfortable. For the price, if you are my height or around my height, or if you are under 5'7" feet, this is a great buy.

I liked this chair so much, I bought it for 2 other people in my office. It fits my 6' 1" 250 lb. frame very well and it fits the other smaller people in our office too. Not so much for our 4' 10" <100 lb. worker. Easy to put together and very sturdy. I love the mesh seat as it keeps the bottom cooler than other chairs. The lumbar support and easy to move arms are a nice feature. I highly recommend this chair.

Il montaggio richiede l’utilizzo della chiave a brugola fornita nel kit e può essere completato in circa 45 minuti. Una volta montata, la sedia permette diverse regolazioni. Il poggiatesta è orientabile sia in altezza che in inclinazione, adattandosi così a diverse corporature. I braccioli sono regolabili in altezza e possono essere regolati inclinandoli verso la seduta e verso l’esterno. Il sedile, realizzato in rete, è regolabile in altezza tramite la leva posizionata sotto il lato destro. Lo schienale è reclinabile e può essere bloccato nella posizione desiderata. Il supporto lombare, integrato nella struttura dello schienale, è di tipo dinamico e segue i movimenti del busto. La base a cinque razze è dotata di ruote che scorrono liberamente su superfici lisce come parquet o tappeti. CONSIDERAZIONI COMPLESSIVE: Esteticamente la sedia è moderna e ben rifinita, adatta sia per ambienti professionali o per camere con arredamento moderno o per scrivanie da gaming. La seduta in rete risulta molto comoda, non risulta dura e soprattutto non fa sudare, anche dopo molte ore consecutive di utilizzo soprattutto in questo periodo torrido. Lo schienale ha un’ampia superficie che sostiene bene la schiena e il supporto lombare dinamico accompagna i movimenti senza mai dare fastidio. Il poggiatesta è utile e ben regolabile, soprattutto per chi lavora con il monitor all’altezza corretta. I braccioli sono comodi ma avrei preferito una regolazione anche in profondità. Nel complesso, ho trovato la sedia stabile, robusta e confortevole anche per un utilizzo prolungato. Personalmente ho utilizzato questa sedia sia per il lavoro, standoci seduto ore intere sia per scrivere al pc sia per giocare alla Play e in entrambi i casi ne sono rimasto molto soddisfatto: la grande personalizzazione delle regolazioni di schiena, braccioli e testa mi ha permesso di di assumere una buona postura e soprattutto sostenere il collo senza metterlo in tensione che è sempre stato il mio problema principale su sedie non adatte. Altro lato positivo che ho davvero apprezzato rispetto alle diverse sedie che ho avuto e provato è la superficie traspirante che fa davvero tantissimo sia quando si lavora che quando si gioca perché quando ti alzi non percepisci quella fastidiosissima sensazione di sudato alle gambe e alla schiena. Ho trovato che le rotelle scorrono bene sul pavimento e non danneggiano nemmeno il laminato che è davvero troppo sensibile all’usura. Unica pecca, non è indicato il peso massimo supportato: noi l’abbiamo testata fino a 100 kg senza riscontrare problematiche di funzionalità. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono e il funzionamento è corretto. Il prezzo di circa 280€ (al momento della recensione) l’ho trovato lievemente più alto rispetto a quello di altri prodotti dello stesso genere in commercio al pari di caratteristiche e funzionalità ma è comunque in linea con il settore. This chair is comfortable, supportive, and feels well put together. The lumbar support sits in just the right place to give good posture, and it can be adjusted in both height and depth to get the fit just right. It was easily adjusted to suit my own setup and compared to other chairs I’ve used over the years, it’s proving to be a good choice. The armrests are simple to move and offer 3D adjustment — up and down, forward and back, and angle tilt — which makes it easy to switch between typing, reading, or anything else. The arms also go up high enough to let you sit close to the desk, with them just peeking over the top. This is really handy, but again fairly standard. The seat is firm but comfortable, with good padding that holds up well over longer sessions. The mesh back is stated to help with airflow, good or my working day, when I have to sit for long periods, But if I am honest, I haven't necessarily noticed that to be an obvious difference to other chairs I have had, mostly becuase the room temperature is cooler I guess. The chair also moves smoothly when needed to and it stays fairly stable in its place. It doesn’t feel particularly heavy or awkward to shift around either. Assembly was fine. The instructions are clear enough and the parts are clearly identified and packed, so it was easy to see what went where. This is a top quality chair that looks clean and fits in well whether you’re using it at home or in a work space. The adjustable headrest is a useful addition and adds a bit of extra support, especially if you lean back now and then. It is very comfortable and adjusts well. Overall, this is a well-made chair that does what I need it to. It’s easy to adjust, feels good to sit in for a full day, and doesn’t overcomplicate things. It is a good choice and I definitely recommend it. The price is a little higher than some comparable chairs but the extra lumbar functionality makes up for that.

Making it a robust companion for those long hours at the desk. No wobbles, no worries. Cons: 🤔 Armrest Annoyance: Here's where the love story hits a snag—the arms. They are, quite frankly, a letdown. Just metal rods that don't scream comfort. Resting your arms on these feels like an industrial experiment gone wrong. A padded or more ergonomic design would have been much better, they also get very cold. The SIHOO M101C Mesh Office Chair is a commendable addition to my home office setup. However, the arms leave much to be desired, and it's a reminder that even the best chairs have their quirks. Despite this, it's become my go-to seat for the 9 to 5 dance. 💼✨
