I wish the mini chair was a tad taller at the back but otherwise my spouse and I love this infared sauna. Easy to clean. Footpad gets nice and hot.

gets hot inside but not on the outside -- I don't know how such relatively thin materials prevent the heat transfer -- the elements themselves are very very hot but there is no exposure to that high of heat when everything is zipped up -- the foot mat is awesome -- you will find a puddle on it when you are done -- I have used Steam and Far Infrared -- Far Infrared is the way to go -- the box heats up very fast -- you "cook" at your preferred temp and time -- when you are done there is very little to wipe up -- I put a towel on the chair which is so soaked it can be wrung out (just a little) -- the unit is very well designed -- plenty of room once you get down into the chair -- I am 5'10" and my head is comfortably above the top -- you can duck under if you want or sit on the floor or a waterproof cushion -- there is a flap to cover the hole if you go "all in" -- whatever you sit on will get soaked if you are hydrated and stay in long enough -- you don't have to set the heat high to get a good sweat -- less heat more time and visea versa -- I was in 45 min. today -- weighed myself before and after and lost 2# of water weight -- I will not forget a water bottle next time -- the zipper isn't super heavy duty but resilient enough for the intended use -- there isn't all that much stress on it -- 10 minutes to set up or break down -- fits in the travel bag without too much fussing -- once set up plug it in, zip it up, set your settings, wait 5 minutes, unzip step in, sit down and adjust to your comfort level and enjoy -- you most likely would want to put a towel to step onto outside and a towel inside for the chair and to wipe yourself down -- I wish I had ordered the Far Infrared version before the Steam version but I guess it doesn't hurt to have both -- this being the shorter version and somewhat attractive it is set up in a corner of my bedroom close to the attached Bathroom door -- the larger Steam version is in the garage next to the Cold Plunge Tub -- I have no regrets

For the most part assembly is easy, but the instructions are really lacking. Two of the poles come out easily even with the slightest movement. The remote feels very cheap and the temperature only goes up to 149°F on the remote. The inside temperature gets warm but not hot. It honestly feels no more than maybe 80°. You will produce some sweat, but not much. The foot pad actually gets extremely hot. I had to turn it down from 6 to 4. And I had socks on! I’m fine 5’5 and 1/2 and I feel the chair is too short for me. I feel like it’s a struggle to keep my neck elongated through the neck hole. Also, there’s no indicator when your time is up so you have to keep looking at the remote to see how much time you have left or if it turned off. I like the color and the fact that it comes with a little rug, but that’s it. I like the other one I used to have so much better.

I got this primarily for the ease of portability. It heats really well and is very easy to setup. I love how easy it is to use and understand. At first, I thought it was going to be small but in truth, it is a perfect size so that I am comfortable but doesn't create wasted space. I am also very pleased with the included chair. It makes using sauna very functional and comfortable. Since it is so easy to setup and breakdown, it makes it easy to clean and dry. Overall, I think it is a great value!

This is no an infrared sauna. I have same product in the gym, the light inside supposed to be red, also it is not heat the body, from inside like a real infrared. I am sorry that I buy this product.

Package arrived prior to the indicated date. However the plug is for USA and is not good for Europe. So I cannot try it yet. Malta's electricity power is 230V and the sauna is 110V. I now have to buy a step down ttansformer which will cost as much as the sauna purchased. It should have been highlighted when I was to purchase this item!

This infrared sauna has been truly amazing. I love the concept and you don’t have to mess with the steam constantly. Very easy to set up and use. Gets your body temperature up very quickly. Functions perfect and the concept is amazing. Size is perfect for my large frame and fits easily in any room. The price is great for the quality. Lots of sweating and you can scroll on your phone or use a tv remote so the time flies by when using this sauna. Make sure to keep a timer so you’re not in here too long. For the quality vs the price it’s definitely well worth it. I recommend it !
