My baby girl cries inconsolably after her baths. She hates being cold for even a minute. It’s the most heart breaking cry. This has been my saving grace! I put it on the lowest setting with her towel, her pajamas, and a fleece baby blanket and she stays nice and warm and happy! I love this thing! There’s also tons of room, it’s a lot bigger and more spacious than I expected but nothing crazy. I can fit way way more things in it than I do. The 3 things I put it take up maybe 1/3 of it! It heats up quick and for baby items, the low setting is plenty warm enough!

I purchased this smaller size for a friend for her birthday. I have the larger size I bought from Amazon a year ago. It warms towels and robes easily but also is handy to warm gloves, socks, underwear and scarves before heading out in the winter. When you’re sick, there’s nothing like a warm blanket so they really are versatile when it comes to many different uses. Highly recommend a towel warmer. For more than just a towel, too!

I really enjoy this towel warmer but it takes a very long time to get it hot and once you take it out of the bucket it doesn't stay hot very long. One thing I don't like is the scent pack discs that they include with this keep falling out because the holder is too big and there's no way to secure it. I wish they made sent packs that fit firmly in that space they're meant for.

It will hold two full-size beach/bath towels and heat up super quick. I don’t know how I ever lived without this thing. It’s not too tall and blends well with the decor not cheaply made at all. I do not recommend the lemon that comes with it unless you want your stuff to smell like citronella. Other than that it’s a win.

I requested Wet Towel and facecloth and found this. It's measurements worked and it would go along with the design of my bathroom. I ordered it and, though no fault of this product, promptly came down with double pneumonia. I was being cared for by my daughter and she moved the box with the unopened product into a hall closet. As I was getting christmas gifts accounted for I found this. I excitedly opened the box to set it up. I was really looking forward to warm scented washcloths for my arthritis in the morning! Only to find it's a DRY towel warmer. I have no use for a DRY warmer so I have to donate it. Be VERY careful that you realize this is NOT A LIQUID cloth dryer!

Bought this as a gift for my son’s girlfriend and let me tell you… I may have accidentally upgraded her entire life. This little bucket of happiness turns regular towels into luxury spa mode. Warm, cozy, “I’m never leaving this bathroom” vibes. She absolutely LOVES it and now I’m pretty sure I set the bar way too high for future gifts. Heats up quickly, fits nicely on the counter, and honestly just feels like one of those “why didn’t I get this sooner?” purchases. 10/10 would recommend — especially if you’re trying to win favorite person status. Also… not saying this pairs well with a Taco Bell run and a shower after… but I’m also not NOT saying that

Baby bath time and adult shower game changer!!! Heats up baby’s towel perfectly and adults towels too. The 2 warmth settings are great for changing between whose items are being warmed up. The size was just right for our bathroom.

Great size for a small bathroom! Works as expected. I personally use it for toasting my clothes in the morning before going into cold.

Product came with marks on it on the white no very noticeable, not really acceptable given the price

Good product can contain 2 large bath towels but one is preferrable, if heating is under 20 mins. Does the job well as expected. Only thing I would like to change is the turn off button that I have to hold 3 seconds each time I want to turn it off I feel the buttons could be better quality and that at some point holding the button 3 seconds each time will prematurely break the button. But it might just be me being too picky
