I'm reviewing the Garmin Instinct 3 - 45mm, Solar. I received it on November 18, 2025, and charged it to 100%. It estimated 28 days of remaining life, and I'm happy to say that today 1/12/2026 (55 days later) I got down to 11% and felt like I needed to charge it. I can't believe I got 55 days of battery out of this watch. The solar charging really does help. I do live in Arizona, so I get more sun than most of the rest of the US, but getting just a couple of % each day has let me keep the watch powered for about double the estimated charge. I have the White/Blue watch, and like the little pop of color on my arm. I've always had black watches before. The accuracy of the GPS distance seems great, and the #1 reason I got another Garmin. I had the Forerunner 25 before and it was time for an upgrade. I've also used the Strength mode during a workout, and I was impressed that it knew the difference between bench pressing and a bent over row. It automatically "knew", but did get confused on some smaller things like forearm work, shrugs, etc. All-in-all: this is a great watch and I'm super happy to have purchased it.

My first Garmin lasted me 4 years. Was not hard to purchase another to help me track my sleep, hrv, vo2, and sleep. This one last longer before needing to be charged.

I liked them, so I’m giving 5 stars, though there are a few flaws. They aren't as super-durable as promised; if you work with your hands and stick them into places an average person wouldn't, the watch can get scratched—though maybe that’s just an issue with the yellow version. Also, the step counter overestimates by 5–10%. And it’s unclear where it gets the weather data from, as it differs from the readings on my phone.And yes, I still haven't had to charge it since the initial charge

Ürünü anlatmaya gerek yok zaten alacak kişiler özelliklerini incelemişlerdir ancak 50mm boyut gerçekten büyük. Aldım ve tekrar iade şansım olmadığından dolayı mecburen kullanıcaz artık. Alırken bence 45mm olanını tercih edin çünkü bileğim büyük olmasına rağmen bende bile kocaman duruyor. Ayrıca kutunun içerisinden çıktıktan sonra güncellemeyi önce uygulama sonra bilgisayarsan Garmin Express ile yapmanız gerekiyor, yoksa şarj süresi 5-10 gün görünüyor.

Dopo qualche giorno di utilizzo posso dire di essere davvero soddisfatto. La batteria è impressionante, il GPS è preciso e tutte le funzioni dedicate ad allenamento, recupero e sonno sono molto complete. L’interfaccia richiede un po’ di tempo per essere esplorata, ma una volta presa la mano è intuitiva. Lo uso principalmente per il powerlifting e per monitorare il recupero, e i dati che fornisce sono davvero utili. Acquisto assolutamente consigliato.
