The washing liquid itself is great but, whoever thought that putting the refill in a box that is more used in the industry for liquids, should probably not keep doing this job! The box is horrible! It's almost impossible to get the gel out. Avoid and just buy the bottles.

A bit on the pricier end for shampoo but willing to pay for the non-toxic ingredients.

This is a great product. It's gentle on sensitive skin but leaves a clean feeling without stripping. The smell is lovely. It's definitely more pear scent forward but it's not artificial smelling. Once this one is done, I definitely think I'll order a new scent for my kid to try.
