This flat iron is exactly what I was looking for! The shipping was super fast. I have been using the bionic 10x flat iron for several years. It just broke. I really did not want to spend another $260 to replace it. I spent a long time on Amazon researching all the flat irons that are available. It took me a while to find this product, but my number one request is that it vibrated. I truly believe that the vibration in the plates creates a softer , smoother finish to your hair. In addition, the value for the money was spot on. This product is so easy to use and is very impressive. I highly recommend. UPDATE: the flat iron quit working. When I plug it in the lights come on and it lasts for about 2 minutes and then it shuts off and there's nothing. I have searched high and low for a phone number for customer service or an address and cannot find anything. Since the window has closed for a return or replacement, I guess I am out of the money. I really did like this flat iron.

I absolutely LOVE this flat iron! It heats up in literal seconds, and the vibrating feature is amazing because it eliminates the need for a comb while straightening. I used it on 350°, and my hair came out with so much body and shine — the shine is honestly out of this world. For reference, I do not relax my hair, but I did blow dry it before using the flat iron, and the results were incredible. It gave me a true salon-quality silk press at home. This tool was also very affordable, which surprised me because the performance feels high-end. I do need to trim my ends, but even with that, I am completely in love with the results. It was very easy to use and honestly feels like a total game changer. I have a lot of hair, and it handled it with no problem at all. I highly recommend this flat iron!

I purchased this flat iron back in March. It just stopped working on me. I keep getting the error on the display. I’ve had babybliss iron that I’ve had for 10+ years and never had issues, even Revlon flatiron and they worn perfectly fine. Ugh!

Was expecting a conair like product, Ive had a chi, babyliss, and a Dyson! This product beats them all!!! I highly recommend I have tangled bleach damaged hair and this did the job in less then 7 minutes left It soft silky smooth

I love my new flat iron! I have 4C natural hair and when using them I only have to pass through my hair one time. Not only that, there seems to be a breeze when using them to prevent the heat from burning your scalp. I think that’s genius
