Fits right into the 7 ft. pool table
I wanted to make my pool table less attractive to "Destructodog" (8 month old puppy), so after getting it repaired from his first attempt, I bought this insert & a cover. This insert fits it perfectly to the space between the pool table bumpers on my 7 ft. table. I didn't have to push it at all. I then was able to place the cover over the top to give the appearance of a smooth table top.Note: the insert panels are foam, so don't even think you can put something heavy on it for a long period of time without consequences. I did add a centerpiece, but it has a wide base, so it should be fine.Totally worth the investment.

Dents bad!
I bought this top to be able to use my pool table top to do puzzels ,play cards etc. well i have been doing a puzzel on it and putting my arms on it to work the puzzel,well to my surprise i have dents all over it! I have emailed the co. To see what they say about this because its not working for me as a top to use my pool table. It is mussy material that dents and wont pop out. I have dents all over it from just putting elbow on it .well the co said i could return it,after restocking fee,and my expense to send it back,and it has to be in original condition lol it has dents all over the thing! So after all the fee charges i will be forced to keep it and trash it. This product didnt work for me. I needed a top to use my pooltable as a solid surface, this is a soft top that dents and does not return to normal

Levels out the table nicely.
This is exactly what I needed. Each table is unique so we had to trim about 1 1/2 inches to fit perfectly. We were able to reapply the cover piece without much trouble. It would be nice to have a coaster like piece to fill the pockets. If you develop one, it should include a package of 6. I would purchase those as well.

It's what we needed... BUT WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE?
Why is a piece of foam so expensive?!?!? It's the right product, and it works, but it's really expensive...

Good fit, Firm but light weight.
Great product. Fits nice in my 7" table. A little snug against the long side of the table...but all tables will be a little different.

Only partial refunds on returns
This did not fit inside of our pool table, too large. Please pay attention because they will KEEP 25% of your money when you return for a “restocking” fee. Not cool.

Great item to make pool table multipurpose
This item shipped quick and works great on our pool table. Be sure to measure exact to make sure you order the correct one. I learned the hard way. Works perfectly on our pool table . Now when we have a family gathering we put the insert in the table as use it as a buffet table for food. I think I will also use this space for wrapping presents.
