Worked
Used it to replace the IPR valve on a 2007 F-350 with 6.0 diesel engine.

Worked amazing
I was pleasantly surprised that this worked as great as it did. I did not have take my whole truck apart just to get the IPR off due to this tool. I would recommend getting a short handle flex ratchet if you have bigger hands just to break torque and or some great extenders and wobbles. But once I figured out how to breathe torque while not being slumped over my big f450 it was easy. Would have paid 10x as much just for saving me headache and tons of hours tearing my truck down to get to IPR

Just what I needed to rebuild my IPR!!
Exactly as advertised!!

Worked for me.
It's probably not great for constant professional use but fine and affordable for the D.I.Y. guy who plans to use it a few times, plus it includes the rebuild kit. Can't go wrong here.

Must have for IPR Valve
Changing the IPR wasn't fun but could not do it without this socket. I will probably never need this again but was well worth it as my 2005 6.0 excursion went from no-start to firing right up.

Very handy for Maxxforce engines
This socket is a lot easier to use than the wrench I had bend and grind down lol

Works great. Use a pick to remove old screen and o rings
Works great. Tho be careful, on the 03s if you are going from underneath the truck you have to slide on socket. Then put wrench on. Dont use a rachet handle the clicks in and needs to have the button pushed to release socket. It will get stuck on the socket and there is no room with the awkward angle to press button and pull wrench back. Use a fan wrench or a wratchet that doesnt have a functioning release ball. I had to wrap a coat hanger looped over between wratchet and socket. Then reach up and push button while pulling down on the wire with my other hand. It took time and blood to figure this out.

Socket arrived broken
Opened the box to find the socket had a crack in the side of it, had to make something else work because my truck was torn apart and I needed to get it back together

Groove may be out of alingment
The tool would not initially fit on the IPR.I had to grind the groove out slightly to make it fit. Luckily, I had also ordered a new IPR so I could judge how much to grind out outside of the vehicle.I still have it a 4 star rating figuring that anyone ballsy enough to work on their truck would be able to modify the tool accordingly
