I bought the OUXI V8 for my son, and we couldn't be happier with it. It arrived well packaged, and assembly was easier than expected. The bike feels solid and well built, and it's clear that it's made with quality materials. My son absolutely loves riding it. He says it's comfortable, has plenty of power, and the battery lasts a long time. The fat tires provide a smooth ride, and the bike looks even better in person than it does in the photos. What really stood out to me was the customer service. The seller stayed in contact throughout the process, answered my questions promptly, and made sure everything went smoothly. It's nice to know they truly care about their customers even after the purchase. Overall, I think this is an excellent value for the price. If you're looking for a stylish, well-built, and fun e-bike backed by great customer service, I would definitely recommend the OUXI V8. It has exceeded our expectations!

Great communication by the seller right from the start. A little delay in shipping, but that had nothing to do with them. I was given constant updates. The bike arrived in perfect condition, easy to assemble, clear instructions and great looking. Battery was already partially charged so we were able to give it a test run right away. It runs smoothly, nice and quiet, easy to use. The display takes some getting used to, but is easy to figure out once you're in. Love the turn signals for added safety. My son has been using the bike every day to get back and forth to work, as well as ride around town. Has no issues with it. Only thing to note would be to make sure the contact points for the battery are clean every time you put it back in.

Decided to wait until After 250+ miles before reviewing the bike For the price, the bike overall is pretty great. It's that popular, nice moped style that's almost like a motorcycle, the instructions were pretty easy to put it together as well, didn't even really have to put it all together that much. Riding the bike, it's pretty comfortable. The long cushioned seat is no substitute for suspension, but I digress, the bike is on the lower end of the spectrum when it comes to features like suspension, and brake quality, but rides on roads are very smooth, even on dirt / gravel. I would never take it to go crazy offloading though, big bumps, potholes, and treebranches are not the best for this type of bike. As for the battery life, it's decent. Pedal assist on max with pedaling you'll probably get 30~ miles depending on how steep hills are and just overall how much your pushing the bike. On cruising at 12-16 though I can probably get 35+ miles. Full throttle? You'll probably get roughly 20~. Note that I'm sure if you switch the controller (speedometer display) you'd likely go around 25~mph with sacrificing some battery life, I haven't gotten to test it yet though. Like I stated before, the bike it's very much worth the money. The only real downside i can think of is the battery life and maybe the tire quality, only because i love riding it so much. The value of a bike this quality and specific style tend to be much much higher as well, really, it's a steal. Also took some stuff off the bike For a cleaner look

Pretty hard to build, but when put together amazing. I recommend this bike, very speedy goes about 28.

Great bike at a great price once I got the front brakes working correctly. Had to take it to a bike shop to get that done. Customer support was very helpful and responsive but I just couldn’t get the rotor to line up between the brake pads properly on my own. Would give 5 stars except for this issue.

I’ve had the bike for a month now and it performs as if brand new. The battery life is pretty good as I use it to go to school and work and only have to charge it every couple days. I also love how it looks along with its comfortable seat. Really easy to remove the battery is a plus, makes it easy for me to take it inside and charge it. The alarm feature is pretty neat along with turn signals, horn and light.

This amazing Cafe racer e-bike not only shipped early, was easy to out together but is also California compliant!!! It's a carbon steel frame, 750watt electric rear hub motor. The controller and battery are top-notch and the ride is comfortable! All you need is in the box, just assemble, charge, and have fun!!!! Check out the Ouxi store too, I'll be buying there for my replacement needs!

Very difficult company to do business with. Received bike, assembled ok with minor tire wobble and some manufacturing blemishes, but usable. Bike stopped working, unable to troubleshoot as there were only assembly instructions. Many emails back and forth with OUXI to find the right part, emails often 24- 48hrs before you got a response, part finally came and did not resolve issue, then couldn’t return part because it was more than 7days from order and OUXI was not transparent on their return policy for parts vs the bike. Finally returned bike and will go elsewhere to replace.
