I have to say, this robot cleaner is one of the best i have ever used. The design is beautiful, modern, and very practical. its PERFORMANCE is outstanding whether vacuuming carpets or moping the hard floors, the results are simply excellent. the suction power is incredibly strong and removes dust and dirt effortlessly, leaving the carpet/surfaces perfectly clean. compared to other competing brands, this vacuum clearly stands out in terms of efficiency, quality, and overall performance. from personal experience, i highly recommend this robot. powerful, reliable, and absolutely worth the investment.

This device is outstanding. It’s absolutely new type of vacuum robots. I couldn’t imagine that progress. It does vacuuming, washing, making funny pictures of pets, recognizing furniture, cables, gives advises, cleaning never was that easy. I scheduled it for night quiet mode and my house is clean every morning. Just a dream!

Robot was working great for around 5 months, after that it started acting weird and stopped working. It couldn't find his base station anymore and it would get stuck on doorways around 2cm in height that it was going over easily before that. I tried everything to fix it, but nothing helped. Tried eveything, including: - Factory reset - Robot reset - Map reset - Cleaning the sensors on the robot and the base - Etc At the end, I just ended up with a faulty unit. I won't buy their products anymore. It's a shame, as by pure functionalities it is one of the best on the market.

Having this X50 Ultra following things I love about it and few cons to keep in mind Loving: 1. The threshold crossing feature (Proleap) is best, previously I had placed silicone ramps for older robots even then those robot got stuck sometimes, with X50 ultra that is not worry at all. 2. I like the dual brush tapered design and surprised to not find many hairs, on previous robot the roller brush got damaged due to hairs tangled around it, but this is not the problem any more. 3. The retractable LIDAR sensor gives the best of both world i.e the reduced height and Keeping the LIDAR function. there is another brand which tried to integrate the LIDAR within the robot body but its is not functioning well. 4. Mopping performance and Vacuum Performance is best so far Not so Loving points: 1. Battery although seems enough if we perform Vacuum & Mop function together. But, if you decide to do Mop after vacuum the battery gets depleted half only for first vacuuming phase and then mopping doesn't finish, Robot has to take a break to recharge itself and then continue after it gain 30% charge. I am considering a 1000sq.ft of cleaning area. 2. Robot doesn't understand this chickpea size debris and cleans around it. The robot is leaving anything like size of chickpeas under dining area or like coriander leaves, I suppose with future updates they provide a fix for this.

This machines does everything by itself and involves almost little effort to maintain. Fantastic suction power and automated. Very quiet compared to other vacuums I’ve owned. Fully recommended

This is a flagship product, for its price range it should clean the house with one charge, it drains battery so quickly but charging wise it is not fast For example it drains 22% in 18 min task ! On good side It has exceptional obstacle avoiding mechanism For cleaning and mopping i would say it is mediocre; because it have put some rices to test, algorithm passed without cleaning fully , you have to pass one time ; this is also drains battery more

Je viens de faire l'acquisition du Dreame x40 ultra complète. Premier achat de la marque, je ne suis aucunement déçu ! Il dispose d'un très beau design et se fond parfaitement à tous les intérieurs. L'application Dreame home est très ludique, complete et facile d'utilisation. La cartographie est très facile a réaliser, dommage que celle-ci ne se mette pas a jour si un "obstacle" est déplacé en cours de nettoyage, il sera prit en compte au prochain cycle de nettoyage. Pour le côté aspiration, j'ai 2 chiens perdants énormément de poils, il ramasse tout, même sur les tapis. La promesse est plus que tenue. Le X40 est cependant assez haut et ne passe malheureusement pas en dessous de mes meubles plus bas. Pour le lavage, aucune traces de laisser au séchage. Un énorme plus pour le séchage des serpillères a l'eau chaude. Les 2 bacs eau propre et eau quand a eux ont une grandes capacités ce qui permet d'éviter de les remplir a chaque utilisation (50m2). Le produit de détergent se gère automatiquement avec son réservoir. Il est possible de nettoyer certaines zones seulement. Il est très silencieux pour un aspirateur, compatible Alexa Un pack d'accessoires de rechange complet qui permet de tenir 1 an. Dommage que la brosse TriCut 2.0 n'est pas inclus dans le pack dit "complète" En conclusion, un vrai bijou de technologie et de fonctionnalités divers !

Después de mucho comparar, ver videos en YouTube y visitar muchas páginas especializadas como VacuumWars, me decidí por la X40 ultra. Cumple con todo lo que dice la publicidad que hace: buena aspiración, buen fregado, detección de obstáculos increíble, poco mantenimiento, etc... Para nosotros lo mejor ha sido descubrir el brazo que llega a las esquinas, es una maravilla para el pelo de mis gatas, es algo que crees que no necesitas hasta que lo ves en acción, cuando la comparamos con la cecotec que teníamos antes, te das cuenta de la eficiencia del brazito al aspirar, lo recoge todo. No tenía una expectativas demasiado altas con las mopas pero me han sorprendido mucho, hasta el punto que me gusta incluso más el fregado que hace que la aspiración. Lo hemos probado en el modo Cleangenius y en manual, y desde mi punto de vista, la configuración manual es mejor, el Cleangenius a veces hace cosas raras, no es tan eficiente. No esperes un agujero negro que lo aspira todo, no, esto no es un aspirador industrial, es un aspirador para mantener los suelos limpios siendo constante. Por ejemplo, para el pelo de mis gatas hay que utilizar el modo Turbo (que sería como un nivel 3 de los 5 que trae) para que realmente el suelo quede perfecto. Para las alfombras, que por cierto las detecta de manera automática, el robot se pone automáticamente en el modo Max,y con eso quedan muy bien, pero si quieres ese plus de potencia para cuando hay trozos de arena del pelet de la gatas o el pelo enganchado, lo mejor es poner el Max+, ahí se pone a la máxima potencia que anuncian y las deja impecables!. Otro extra de esta aspiradora que tampoco pensaba que necesitaba, es que ella sola deja las mopas en la base cuando sólo va a aspirar, así evitas sí o sí que se puedan mojar las alfombras. Es verdad que si las detecta y lleva las mopas puestas se elevan, pero a mí me gusta más que las deje en la base. La base por cierto es una maravilla, limpia las mopas muy bien, las deja perfectas y también las seca, aunque yo prefiero tenderlas y pasarle un paño a la base y al robot para que se quede seco. Por cierto, pasa sin problemas bajo los sofas que tienen 11 cm de alto, y es una maravilla que aspire y friegue ahí debajo, se acabó tener que estar corriéndolos porque deja la zona impecable. Aunque no solemos dejar cosas por medio, y antes de ponerla a trabajar quitamos incluso un par de zapatos que pueda haber en el suelo, es verdad que no se traga nada, lo hemos probado con juguetes de las gatas y con un cable, y no ha fallado. Tampoco se va dando chocazos por ahí como hacía la cecotec, y apura al máximo en la bordes de las paredes y las patas de los muebles cuando aspira y friega. En conclusión, que estamos muy contentos con la compra, al menos por ahora. Aún la estamos observando porque estamos dentro del mes de prueba por si no nos convence, pero tras dos semanas puedo decir que la experiencia está siendo muy satisfactoria.

I’ve had this robot for a month or so now. I have a busy household with three pets. I was quite skeptical about robot cleaners in general but being time poor decided to purchase this one after doing some research. It has exceeded my expectations by a long way. My hard floors and carpets are cleaned to a very high standard. It’s not perfect it doesn’t replace the need to get the hoover out for a deeper clean. But it keeps on top of the cleaning and my floors and carpet look fresh and clean without needing to get the big hoover out every day and with the amount of pet hair in this house that is saying something. I have deep pile carpet and it works well pulling up the pile. The mopping function itself I am amazed at. The floors are scrubbed clean by this machine. It does a good job of cleaning and drying the pads too. In fact this machine takes care of itself really with the emptying of the water and dust. It’s really minimal maintenance. I’m also able to use the robot on the first floor by carrying it upstairs and creating a separate map. It works away from the dock and it comfortably hoovers upstairs without needing to recharge on the dock. It’s a great machine. It’s let down in my view slightly by an extremely unintuitive app and set up instructions that were confusing. Mine didn’t map automatically either so it was a faff getting this set up and working. But now it’s set up, it’s a breeze. It will randomly occasionally not return to the dock or you will get cleaning interrupted messages where it stops for no good reason but these are few and far between. The performance of this machine far outweighs the glitches and very annoying app. I am pleased I brought this machine it has been well worth the money. My floors are a lot cleaner and it saves a lot of time.

Le robot Dreame est excellent : performant, silencieux, fiable — rien à redire sur la qualité du produit. J’avais rencontré un souci avec le service après-vente, mais l’équipe a finalement apporté une super solution en me remplaçant le produit par un neuf. Je suis globalement content de mon achat et je continuerai à faire confiance à la marque.
