SMBK Edible Baked Red Clay, Clay Chips,(7oz) Natural Edible Clay Chunks, Roasted Red Clay Chips (200gm)

My package did not say safe to eat, or not for consumption like some of the other reviews noted. When your pica & anemia is as bad as mine, you don’t care. I was waiting by the door for this to come because I hadn’t had any in so long and was trying to stop cold turkey. I think I lasted a month. But this is just what I needed. It was slightly hard but not too hard to break, bite or chew. It does taste more like rain than earthy. Either way I enjoyed it and will order more. It hit all my pics spots! Satisfied my deep carvings.

So, Im really disappointed. I usually buy this. I e bought this several times. I got a pack 2 orders ago and I wrote a review about it, the front of the package said "not for consumption" but the back and description said " edible baked clay". I returned it and bought a new pack. This one was edible. When eating it, some of the pieces tasted like they were dipped in perfume or cleaner. It ended up giving me diarrhea. Not earthy tasting at all. I bought another pack today and this one says " edible baked clay" on the back but it doesn't say its edible on the front...it says its "terracotta pots and used for crafts". I went to my ob/ gyn because I've been having pain, and found out that from eating the clay, its causing me to have stones!! So, now I have to go for ultrasounds and take meds. I got this to help with my pica, but instead it had a adverse reaction to my health and the companies description with the packaging is wrong. Returning immediately.....look at the picture.....even the packaging is different but the sku is the same!!! Shady and bad business! Same company, same sku, differnt labeling....so what are they giving you? Something edible or something for crafts and not for consumption?

I have pica, it's good. I bought it a handful of times. Has a grainy, earthy, sandy taste, it curbs my craving

I bought it because the title says EDIBLE. The package it came in says “Not intended for consumption.” I like the taste. The taste reminds me of how fireworks smell. No Oder though. It is a tad hard, be careful not to take big bites or you could chip a tooth lol. It is grainy in texture and very crunchy, doesn’t turn creamy like unbaked red clay. It doesn’t have the soil taste that red clay has (which I also like)

The bag says not for eating, it tastes like pumice stone a bit, sharp small pieces like sand, taste is good but the bag says do not eat, so not sure if its safe i wont buy again I will stick to red kaolin clay from the tik tok shop.
