Helping me manage my panic attacks and overall health
I’ve been suffering with very high stress and recently started having mild panic attacks due to anxiety triggers. Since I’ve started taking these (one at night before bed) I’ve noticed a significant drop in my overall stress and mood and believe these are what’s helping me because I’ve tried so many other techniques like breathing, yoga, and other supplements and for me, I feel this is the perfect combination for my personal situation. I have no negative side effects and plan on sticking with this product as a staple for managing my stress. They are a little bigger than average but I’ve been taking supplements for years and these are worth it to me.On another note, I have PCOS and stubborn belly and midsection fat but since I’ve started taking these consistently with my other supplements to manage PCOS, I’ve finally hit below the 130 pounds mark in my weight which I’ve been trying for years to drop down to. Update: Customer service was great. They reached out to refund my order. I might try other combinations but definitely research them first.It turnes out that it is not safe to have this combination of herbs together. I wish I checked before ordering, but I assumed they are competent and wouldn't sell anything that doesn't go well together. Well I was wrong what a waste of money.
