This is great keyboard and case for my ipad! It's very easy to use and set up. The keyboard feels a lot like my macbook's keyboard, just smaller. At first I didn't want to spend the money for this keyboard so I bought a generic bluetooth keyboard. It was always losing connection, which made it very frustrating to use. This keyboard isn't blue tooth, it's connected using Apple's Smart Connector that connects with those 3 small magnetic pins on the back of the ipad. Don't waste your money on the bluetooth keyboards...you will regret it! Only one downside is the keyboard isn't backlit but that's a small price for a dependable connection.

I've had my iPad since 2021 but never really made much use of it (only for the ocassional drawiong and sketching) but once I bought this magic keyboard, it was a complete gamechanger. I use this ipad more thanks to this keyboard because it just adds a new dimension to this ipad. It makes it feel like a mini macbook that has a touch screen. You can use this on the plane to work, take notes, watch movies and move. Highly recommend. It had a great apple quality keyboard and functions work exactly like a macbook. It connects well to the ipad and looks amazing! It also protects the ipad without adding too much weight to the overall carry.

Really great keyboard. Very convenient that it has a charge port, and that it’s easy to take the iPad out to use without a case. I agree with some of the reviews that it can be top heavy on my lap, but I still use it on my lap and have never had it fall off or anything. On my lap, I do treat it a little more carefully than I do my laptop PC. It’s great for typing and does make it close to the feel of a laptop. The mouse action on the iPad doesn’t quite feel like a laptop but it works fine once you adjust to it. Hard to explain but with the mouse it feels slightly harder to pinpoint the spot I want in a Word file, but then it doesn’t matter because I can tap the screen to put the cursor where I want it. No problem with battery life. So glad I have it.

I hate that this costs so much, because it's really a great product that helps add productivity to an iPad.

It’s smooth and easy to use. Love the fact that you can charge your iPad through the keyboard. I got the black one and I love it. It does add a lot of weight to my iPad Air but it’s solid and feels almost like a laptop. Strong magnet and the material feels expensive. My issue is the keyboard does not have a backlight. Only light I see is the one on the “Caps Lock” button. That would’ve made this perfect but for the price, it’s not worth it if you’re on a budget. If you have the money and like Apple products, then get it. It feels complete with this.

Love it, and works great, plus came in fast

For the first time in my 72 years I am journaling daily because this and my iPad Air are so handy. It acts as a case for protecting the screen when closed and takes up very little, very little added space with the iPad. If you buy the iPad and don’t add this you’ll definitely regret it. It is well worth the added cost.

I bought this and the iPad Air M3 in hopes of not having to buy an actual laptop computer for school. I love how authentic it feels when typing, with other keyboard cases it feels cheap or fake, this keyboard works with all the shortcuts available for Mac! It’s very sleek and I do really enjoy using this product, it may be expensive, but I think it was completely worth it! I went an bought a MacBook still but this definitely did its job until the new MacBook was available for purchase

I wasn’t 100% sure exactly which case I would prefer so I tried this one as well as 1 from ESR, the Logitech combo touch and folio touch. Out of all of them this one is the best quality. The new material the combo touch is made out of is awful. The material for the folio touch is good and the track pad feels better than the combo touch. None of them come close to the track pad on the Magic Keyboard or the typing experience. The weight is similar between all of them give or take but in terms of how they feel and the build quality its not even close. Keeping this one and bought a tablet cushion in case I want to just put the iPad on my lap without a keyboard. I have a lap board that I use most of the time on the couch and it feels like having this on a mini desk. Best option for my use case for sure. Very happy with my purchase.

Amazon timely discount helps a lot especially when you want to get the most of your money. I’m just concern of the weight, it gets heavy with the iPad but overall great purchase.

The keyboard was very easy to set up. It is plug-n-play and fits perfectly with my new iPad. The feel of the keys is pleasant. I recommend this keyboard.

Pros: Intuitive to use Seamless Integration Frees the sides of the iPad to ensure that if you are plugging in a cable with a bigger than usual head for the plastic shell that it would fit (which is the only reason I got it) Looks good. Cons. Way too expensive (Apple tax). Compatibility might be hit or miss depending on future releases from Apple as they have a long history of not ensuring backwards compatibility from my personal experience.
