These are one of the best’s electrolytes with creatine. I love the orange flavor it kind of reminds me of tang I used to drink as a kid. I use these for when I do prolonged fasting amazing 🤩

I'm not someone who wants to use a 'pre-workout' but I recently started working out early in the morning and was struggling with grogginess. I'm not saying this product is the reason I'm doing better, but I do think it's a factor (in addition to just getting used to having to turn my brain on earlier). I got the orange flavor, and I think it's pretty good. I'd honestly prefer flavorless so I could just add it to my protein shake. But I just drink this a little before and during the first part of my workout and I think the electrolytes help. I'm new to creatine so I don't think I have enough of that built up to make a judgment. I'm really glad there isn't a bunch of extra junk in these - just the essentials. I just try to avoid stuff like that, and I get enough caffeine from my coffee habit that I certainly don't need any of that in the form of pre-workout. I take some other supplements from this company that I also like. I hope they might eventually offer a flavor-free version of this product because I'd definitely rather have it that way.

These are a great source of healthy electrolytes. The flavor isn't my personal fave (I generally prefer unflavored electrolytes) but my hubby likes these.

I bought other products in the past and were very high on sodium that kept me feeling thirsty all the time . That could raise blood pressure too.. this one has the right dose and also provide sufficient amount of Taurine which is a plus for high intensity training Very pleased with the taste and its positive effects on my body

I loved this flavor shown above! But I just reordered it and the packaging is new and the flavor is absolutely flavorless👎 I’ve been using it because I sweat profusely when exercising daily, and my doctor wanted me to have creatine supplemented. This was the brand recommended by them, but then…the company had to change things up and make it bland!!!

I'm a fairly advanced weight lifter. I usually focus on diet instead of pill and powders, but creatine has a ton of data to back it up. I decided to try this stuff and I like it a lot. - edit... It doesn't have enough creatine in it. It's nice for a gentle pre workout.

Something changed. I've ordered this product for several years and this batch was different. The container was slightly different but the ingredients were basically the same. But its not the same product. It tastes completely different, and not in a good way. If you liked the previous formula, you not likely like the change.

Love the product, great ingredients, decent flavor. The only problem is have is the scoop handle is too short, or the container is too narrow, either way I cant get my hand in to get the scoop, bad design.
