I got this for my 6-year-old and it’s been great. The seat is comfortable, and I appreciate that it’s designed specifically for younger kids. Overall, it’s a fun, well-made scooter that I’d recommend to other parents.Assembly was quick and straightforward. The controls are simple enough for my child to understand without much help. It’s become a favorite part of our afternoon routine. Make sure you use helmet and protection for little one if needed it doesn’t go to fast but fast enough to be concerned for them to be safe. The basket was also a great touch that I wanted to mention and is a great fit for the little ones.

It’s been over a year and this thing is still kicking. My 7 year old daughter loves the lights and the speed. She always plugs it in and it’s always charged. She’s only had it for on her once. It’s comfortable and the power is good. She got it back in 2026 for Christmas from Santa and it’s 2026, so I’d say it was worth the price.

The build quality seems pretty sturdy. However the battery will not last as advertised, you will be lucky to get 15 or 20 min of ride time. Not much power other than on flat ground. My daughter used it a few times and had to return it. The speedometer jumps all over the place as well while riding it. Overall this scooter is terrible. Save your money!

I can this for a while and my kid used it alot and I really appreciate its unique design and safety put in place as well as sturdeness and reliability. Battery holds very well, added seat is great feature and so much fun for children. so easy to use and is super comfortable. speed is reasonable not too fast but it is also not babyish. this is a game changer for elementey school aged children and often times kids in my neighborhood want to share this scooter with my child. it has exceeded all expectations. Gives very smooth rides.

My son absolutely loves this. Now he can keep up with the older kids in the neighborhood. It's pretty well made and easy to operate. Only concern is the kickstand. It can pinch fingers. So make sure your kiddo doesn't try to operate it by hand.Assembly was easy enough. I ended up adding a zip tie to hold the brake line out of the way of the wiring harness. It was catching and making steering difficult.

This was a gift for my 5 year old. He loves it! And his older brother wants one as well. We love the size of it for his age. We feel safe when he is on it. Battery life seems to last relevantly long. Super easy to use. Love the adjustable speed settings. Super comfy seat. Easy to learn how to us. Solid build. Would recommend.

We always make sure it’s fully charged before my son rides it. With daily use, it performed reliably. However, around the three-month mark, we did encounter an issue. Even though the warranty had expired, I decided to reach out, and I’m glad I did. The issue was resolved, and the scooter is now up and running again. My son is thrilled to be riding it once more.This is where the company truly shines. I contacted them with all the necessary information: proof of purchase, a photo of the serial number, and a video showing the issue. The manufacturer responded within 24 hours. They were attentive, provided the needed parts, and offered multiple options to get everything resolved quickly. What impressed me most was the consistent communication. I worked with a single representative (Mina) throughout the entire process, instead of being handed off to someone new with each email.Before the issue occurred, I had already been telling family and friends that this scooter was well worth the investment. That opinion hasn’t changed. Even though the warranty had expired, HiBoy went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations.Thank you.
