Working Perfectly in my DS224+...finally.
Installed this in my DS224+ and booted the NAS. I checked the resource monitor and I still had only 2gb of memory. I figured I received a DOA memory stick that I would have to send back. Then I remembered reading somewhere that another person had the same issue and it turned out that the memory stick wasn't seated properly. I shut down the NAS, opened it up, and removed the memory stick. Then I reinstalled it and made sure I pressed down with more force than the first time. I felt a little snap so I hoped the memory stick was seated properly now. Re-assembled the NAS and booted it up. I checked the resource monitor and tada... now it shows 10gb of memory. Has been working perfectly for a week now. So, if you think you received a bad memory stick, try removing it and re-installing it like I did.

Bought this to upgrade my 8 GB RAM laptop to 16 GB RAM. I made sure it was compatible/best match by first looking at the RAM already installed in the laptop. Laptop working better.

Good for boosting laptop performance
For the price it's a very good RAM card to boost underperforming laptops. I've had no issues so far. Prices on cards like this fluctuate so if you are seeing an unreasonable price it may be worth waiting until the price dips again or it goes on sale. I bought this card at 21$, which is a reasonable price for 8gb of RAM. If it's going for around 40$, I'd personally just invest in something better if you aren't willing to wait for a price dip

Works well with Synology DS920+
I just wanted to confirm for others that this unofficial memory is detected by the Synology DS920+ and shows a total of 12GB of RAM in the system. I also ran the Synology Assistant included Memory Test and it passed the memory check. I'll report back if I run into any issues, but so far it is working just fine!

It just works
Installed this module on a Lenovo mini pc that’s used to stream 4K YouTube videos, among other videos from questionable sources. Before, the videos would take a while to buffer (1Gb fiber) and in between ads, the videos would stutter. After installing this, the mini pc runs a LOT smoother and is very fast. Definitely worth it. Installation is straightforward.
