God of Pain: An addictive dark mafia romance from the New York Times bestselling author (Legacy of Gods)

Okay, this book was LONG but I wasn't bored for even a second. The writing was obviously very engrossing and the clash of the RES world with the Bratva world was more thrilling than I was expecting. This book was much better than book one in the series. I can't stop thinking about all the characters especially that one scene where Adrian & Aiden finally clash! I also loved Creighton & Annika. They gave me the buzz and I loved their dynamics. And not to mention the pov's of Adrian, Lia and Aiden were very heartfelt and at the same time entertaining. I'm pretty obsessed with this book mostly because of all the characters involved. I ate up every single interactions between them. Creighton's bond with Eli, Elsa and Aiden was so much more than I could ever have contemplated. The flow of the story was smooth and I just devoured it in one sitting! It started and ended with a bang and kept me hooked throughout. It was easily a five star read for me and I just can't stop thinking about what's going on between Jeremy & Cecily and Eli & Ava respectively. I seriously don't know how am I going to wait for Eli & Ava's book because their crumbs in this one were top-tier and it's confirmed that their book is going to be the last in the series. I can't stop wondering whose book is going to be next though.

I just finished reading this book and I already done with God of Malice. I love this books , the hold on storyline is too good, I just don't want to stop reading this. I literally Cried 😭while reading this book ( I was trying to hide my tears as I am at my work place), This is one of some book which makes me cry🥺❤️. Enimies to lover trope, Grumpy × sunshine 💐 The spicy level🌶️ is 4.5/5 🌡️, The relationship they both hold with their Parents and frnds 😭💓 I just didn't expect some twist which came but i love it though and Jeremy, I love this man, till now i haven't seen him doing something wrong & will see later what happen. Ok so I love this book but there are some point I literally want to kick the ass of Creighton like why would he take off his revenge on her , he kinda broke her also, I Know I know that the I love this book but don't know how make you people understand this what I am feeling about the revenge point. Overall the Book is on fire 🔥 Do read it

I had to force myself to read this book. Did not connect to any of the characters because Annika was too much of a social butterfly and Creighton was... Well, like a malfunctioned version of Christian Grey. Except for the back story the guy had no personality and even that was because of the Volkovs. The shooting and stuff made it a little interesting towards the end and that was all. The rest of it was a mo show. Honestly, the side characters like Lan, Remi, Ava, Eli, anni's parents and Creigh's parents made the story more interesting than the main characters.

Okay I get the hype about dark romance and honestly the smut is good, could be better but it's fine, no complaints there. However, all your stories have a very cliche background and same ending. Most of the male protagonists want to fill their partner's womb with babies and it is all about some college club rivalry which involves coincidents that involves parents of both the male and female protagonists. The background of characters can be improved so the story gets more interesting, all the male characters also sound pretty much the same if I had to describe all the characters in one word I will just say dark. So yeah you can work on them. But, overall it's good. Worth reading.

Some may not like how the characters behaves but the plot is so interesting it doesn't let you put the book down dispute your displeasure

It was a little slow burner at the start but I loved the way it plays out. If you're into the proper BDSM stuff this is for you. Tbh I love all these characters Rina has created and I'm sure I will complete every single one of her books because I need to read the previous generations. It's just that good.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ God of Pain — Rina Kent Main characters: Creighton King (21) & Annika Volkov (19) ❤️‍🔥 What it’s about: An intense, emotional dark romance between two complicated characters. What I loved: EVERYTHING! 😭 The chemistry, possessiveness, emotions, and character growth had me hooked. Some parts even made me cry. 🥹❤️‍🔥 What didn’t work for me: Nothing! Would I recommend it? YES! Emotional, dark, spicy, and completely addictive. 🖤🔥

First I like to announce that I have a love and hate relationship with Rina’s books! She always destroys me with her stories and her capacity of making the unthinkable connections. For my review for GOP, I can say that I cried like a little girl. And that never happened before with her books. I guess being Adrian’s (which is my favorite) daughter I knew she would be more like Lia, since Jeremy is his carbon copy, but never in my wildest thoughts I would think she would be like that. Annika surprised me in the best way possible. I am so in love with her, that I wanted keep her to myself. Creighton however, I need to pick my jaw from the floor. He was just absolutely intriguing, amazing with a big J/P tag in his forehead. I was not prepared for this! I love to see his relationship with Eli, and seeing exactly how they interact was the cherry of this cake. All this hypothetical stories and possible plots just started building in my mind and now I can’t stop thinking about Eli and Ava, Jeremy and Cecile and Brandon and Nikolai. The twist in this book just crushed my heart and at the same time this characters earned my absolute respect. I did not see this coming. I don’t know if Rina planned this or if just came to her writing this book, but I’m now afraid and excited to what’s coming and at the same time I know that all my theories for the next books are not even close to what she will deliver. I’m just now hungover and I’m gonna spend a least a week wallowing and thinking about this amazing story!!
