Equal in quality to canisters costing over $20
I got lucky with this one. Sometimes when you purchase something on the lower spectrum of cost compared to similar items, there is an issue with the product or the materials are shoddy. I was looking for something to replace my glass jars since I learned that light can degrade the beans. All in all it was an excellent buy.Cons:- Flip top lever is a little sharp, so if grabbed incorrectly, it can inflict a little discomfort- There is no place to put label from coffee supplier, so I just put on bottom- Seal is tricky to put back on after removing for cleaning but easy after a few tries- Care must be taken not to get CO2 filter wet when cleaning and couldn't figure out how to remove if needed- Might not be able to hold 1.5 lbs coffee for some beans on the lighter end- No place to attach supplied scoop to canisterPros:- Low price- Stainless steel is thick enough not to dent- No parts are welded to container so it can be completely disassembled for easy washing- Clever latching system- Can record month and day of purchase on lid with dials- Solid plastic lid thick enough not to crack- No brand name on side of containerI bought two canisters. They easily hold 20 oz each of whole beans. That is enough for several weeks.

Good Quality
I just switched back to a poured coffee method after deciding to get rid of the big, mostly plastic, high end coffee maker. While I had used French press and the single cup poured method years ago, I wanted something that was entirely glass or stainless steel. This product was a pleasant surprise. My biggest fear was that it would be thin glass, but it seems as thick as either my old French presses or the carafe on the coffeemaker. It made a very "clean" pot of coffee; I was surprised at the clear dark amber that it produced and the flavor was very good. Yes, there is a little time delay while you boil water and pour, but that goes with the territory. It will hold 4 cups of liquid, which for me was two large mugs or teacups. Glad to have made the switch.

Exactly what I needed
I was getting sick of having grounds spill. It's not a lot but it does add up over time. Having this completely cleaned up the spillage issue. Also, it's nice to mark the date when I add fresh grounds to it! Gives me a great idea of when I need to replenish and how old the grounds inside are. Perfect size for one moderate coffee drinker.

Fresh Coffee
This was a great purchase. It kept my coffee grinds airtight and that’s apparent with the freshness of my coffee. I loved the dials on the top so you can keep track of when you ground the coffee to ensure it’s freshness.

Does not hold a 25.6 ounces of coffee
I liked the structure of the container, thought it would hold more coffee but it will do.

Sturdy and airtight
I am surprised how good this canister is. It’s sturdy and keeps the beans airtight. It’s made of thick stainless steel. The included steel spoon has a capacity 2 tbsp capacity. The ability to set the month and date indicator at the top is handy to keep track of the freshness of the beans. I

Fresh every time
Just started to use the only variable I see is freshness, This is the first time using so I can't confirm the freshness until I brew a few pots of coffee, but the physical appearance and construction of the canister are so well done Its hard to believe it won't be anything but outstanding.
