So I had been looking for a while for something that I could carry my little girl around in. She loves going out. She wants to be on me in my arms, but I needed a more hands free option. This is deep so if you have a ferret you know they like to burrow and she just cuddles down and I can be hands free. I like the adjustable strap so I can move her where I need her. This will not work for all ferrets if you don't have good control and know tour animal. Because it does not zip closed or keep them in. But if you know your ferret and can make sure they are safe you just need a hands free situation this is for you. Great product, well made, comfortable and very sturdy. I highly recommend! Have a lot of other ferret carries and this is by far the best. Oh and if they cuddle you could EASILY fit 2 or 3 if needed. My two fit great no problems and I have a very large big boy as well!

Purchased this over other carriers because the pets in review photos actually looked comfortable. We live in a high rise apartment and were searching for an easy way to get our older girl to the grass for potty time. She hates the cold and we didn't want her to have to walk on the freezing sidewalk. For reference she is a 11 pound Chihuahua/ Papillon mix. The sling strap is thick and sturdy the material is soft she sinks in a bit almost like a hammock but overall it supports her and is a great product!

My dog is a 13lb dachshund and he fits ok. The bag is not too deep so I worry a little that he will slip out of the side if he moves a lot. The material is thin, but not an issue, may be better for use during the summer since it's breathable. My biggest issue is the big plastic buckle for the shoulder strap. It gets uncomfortable pretty quickly. I try to use the other side of the strap but I find it can be too thick and uncomfortable at times. I just end up rotating which side of the strap and which shoulder I use. Pretty standard bag, great if you need something quick.

My jack Russell has 3 legs and 10 yrs old. He didn’t fit into the backpack or front packs because he would slide down on the side where his back leg was missing. So we bought this one and it works better. However as you can see he is approx 16 inches long and weighs 15 lbs. he is half in and half out of the carrier. I find myself carrying him under it so it’s comfortable for him and for my own peace of mind. Overall sturdiness is Ok. It helps on our walks when he gets tired I put him in it. Pretty simple unlike the front or back pack carriers which can get complicated during the walk. I thought it would be bigger to hold more of his body inside the pouch. At this point I will keep it but it’s been tough finding a non backpack carrier that will hold approx 15 lbs. I’m 5’5” tall and the straps adjust to fit my frame fine and stay where I adjusted the straps to.

This product is well made. The clasp to hook to the dog is nice. I recommend hooking it to a harness instead of a collar in case the dog tries to escape. I used it to pick up my new puppy and felt the need to support the bottom, but after I used it a few times she got a little more used to bumping around in it and I stopped doing that. If your dog runs hot, also recommend putting a sock-covered frozen water bottle or cold pack inside. I think the main reason my dog gets bothered with it is because she gets hot and bothered in there. When I move into an air conditioned building, she stops fussing so I don't think it's the comfort of the carrier necessarily 🤷‍♀️ I still used it until she was about 10 lbs but then I switched to a backpack because it's bigger and can hold her other stuff. Things I wished I figured out earlier: 1) Flip the carrier to your other shoulder if carrying it across your shoulder and the plastic clasp is bothering you. 2) As I have shown in the picture, the dog's face is toward the carrier handle. This causes her to tilt upright. It balances the weight a bit if you put her head sticking out away from the carrier handle on the other side.

I adopted two cats several months ago. They were used to having someone around during the day and are very happy to see me when I come home from work. One wants me to pick him up and carry him on my shoulder for a while. They both will lay on my lap for hours if I am sitting still. My problem is when I need to work on my jewelry. My one cat in particular will continue to try jumping up on my lap when I'm at my worktable. He slides off if I don't use one hand to hold him or I have to move him to reach things. Not a good situation. Someone at work suggested a pet carrier, which I had not thought of. If he would use it, this would be perfect! I picked this one because the shoulder strap is adjustable and I have a short torso. I made it as short as it would go, put it on and picked him up. It took him a few minutes to figure out what I was doing. I supported him with my hand on the outside at first so he didn't feel like he was falling. I sat down at the table and voila, my problem is solved! I can sit and do my work with my hands free and he sits in the sling comfortably! The material is soft and it is well constructed with wide straps to go around your shoulder. It should hold up to washing just fine, but I haven't needed to do that yet. A great idea, just poorly excited. Material is sturdy so as you should not worry about dropping your pet, but the thickness is an issue as these are weight rated and this has the sturdiness of a pillow case. My cat Clyde (10 lbs.) sunk right to the bottom of a suffocating hammock. My Pet Sling arrived used with someone else's pet hair all over it, so I can't speak to the long lasting durability of the product because Clyde smelled a different pet and said no thanks. It is adjustable but if you are planning on walking around with your pet in your Pet Sling, just don't. My cat was swinging and colliding into to me. But if you think you need this for you and your pet, you are going to need more foam padding both for the bottom and for your strap as this is going to be rough on your shoulders. Clyde and I would give it a rating of 3 out of 4 paws down.

My cat LOVES this sling. The fabric is soft unlike most others and he will sleep paws akimbo. My partner loves it so he can hold the cat and play video games.

It's nice size for my mini poodle, good quality for the fabric. I like the way that it can you adjust the length... Not like the old one that I used to have. Works perfect for me and my puppy .

This will work great if your cat likes to be curl up when sleeping. There's no space to stretch out.
