Love the versatility

Blows circuits and won’t work. Requesting refund
We bought the is in Jan. as we were preparing for summer road trip, set it up once to test it and it worked fine. Set it in the back of our trailer (inside garage), ready for trailer loading. On May 5 when we went to turn it on, before hooking it up to anything, it kept blowing our 20 amp circuit. If we held it sideways it would turn on, but continued to blow circuit, so we had to revert to using a hand winch to bring our 3-wheeler onto the trailer. For $130+ this is extremely disappointing. We’ve been on a road trip for 2 weeks so this is the first chance we’ve had to request a return.

Wench only works in one direction !
Ordered this product for skinning out deer and such. Got it out used it twice. Now it will not come out are down. will only go in are up. now it's all the way up and switched off. (does nothing) The remote would not let down. switch on winch won't let down nor the switch on cord would let down.

Great for price
Worked good for the job I got it for- pulling shipping containers on and off a trailer. The stop plate can sometimes push against the switch if its downhill of load. Will take some time to see how long it last in use

Worked okay until it didn't
worked great right up to when it didn't ... delivered the end of june, first use was the middle of july. Used it a couple times since and when using it the other day, it just quit working. No indicator lights, blinking lights, nothing. Still waiting after two days for response from customer service, but this one died after a little more than two months.
