Braza Swim Essentials Flash Tape for Swimwear

This stuff doesn't work at all. It doesn't stick to anything but your clothes. I should have listened more to the negative reviews. I always write reviews because I never purchase something without first reading the reviews, so it would be cool if people didn't write fake reviews saying this waste of space 'tape' really works. But yeah don't waste your money. They wont refund you so do yourself a favor and don't take the chance. Look at all the reviews I have written. I have over 500. They are all honest and this product doesn't do what it is intended for. Dont buy

I didn't purchase this for a bathing suit, but I did have a theory: if it held up in water, it should hold up at a calm, dry dinner party. The tape is double-sided and comes in an easy to use dispenser. My intention was to hold up a satin strapless dress. I didn't plan on dancing, sweating, or doing anything crazy that might yank the dress off. My main concern was hiding my undergarments and keeping the dress from sagging and looking unattractive on my bosom.PROS:- you get lots of tape- double sided with paper on each side (peel side A, adhere to skin, peel side B, press on garment)- clear and disguises easily- pretty strong stuff, but not miracle tape- waterproof against sweat (and I assume the pool too)CONS:- I wish it were stronger against skin- I wish it were gentler against fabric- hard to apply (every tiny mistake means you have to yank it off and start over)- will not stick to skin unless you wipe it with alcohol (soap and water won't cut it)- comes in 1/2" strips, but might be more efficient in thicker bands (like 3/4")OVERALL:The best way to use this is to shower with cool water and a bar soap (not moisturizing body wash which might leave oils), then wipe the areas you want with rubbing alcohol, and immediately apply the tape to your skin first. Then peel the top paper off and stick your garment to the tape/skin. Don't put it on the fabric first, because it will wrinkle. Only then, once everything is in place, can you apply lotion. It just won't stick any other way. Also, use little 2" strips at a time. One long piece is less effective. You want tiny strongholds all over the place, not one huge defense system. It distributes the force more evenly. Physics.

I don't actually use this product for its intended purpose, but it's great (not perfect, so no five star rating) for what I DO use it for. I wear lace front wigs and depending on the style or fit I might want to secure the front a bit better so it really stays flush. They make lots of tapes and glues for this and some say they're waterproof, but they all get poor reviews and the ones I've tried didn't work. I decided to try this... why not? It might work, right?... Enter summer - sweat, swimming... this in a little combination with the others is perfect! I can use this with a small amount of glue and another tape (sometimes no second tape - totally depends) and it will actually STAY. It will stay in horrible 100 degree weather with awful humidity. It will stay at the river, in the rain... other stuff just won't. The second I start sweating or get in the water, without THIS tape, forget all my messy adhesive efforts. WITH this tape, success! I would totally recommend as a slightly outside-the-box solution.

Purchased so I could wear this amazing suit and have fewer moms judge me as my suit only showed 1/2 of my butt cheeks (instead of all of the cheeks). Even after playing in the water with my boys, it stayed put! Recommend!

I honestly was not expecting much from this tape. I have a dress that I needed something to help hold things in place and a friend suggested trying this. I expected it to sort of work for a couple of hours or something. I live in a place where it is hot and humid all the time. This tape stays on ALL day even when I am outside in 90 degree heat with a lot of humidity. Sweat does not make it come off or effect its hold at all.Last weekend I went to the beach and I have a new swimsuit that I wanted to make sure would stay in place even in the pounding surf. I decided to try this tape since it says it is waterproof… and IT WORKED! I spent hours in the water and walking the beach and that stuff stayed on and held in place both on my skin and on my swimsuit the entire time. I didn’t feel like I needed to readjust or pull my top up or anything. It was a miracle. I am going to make sure I always have this stuff around.One benefit of this is that it is really easy to use. It comes in a tape dispenser type roll. The tape is double sided, clear and very sticky. It has a thick white paper over it on the top side. The white paper can be a little difficult to tear on the dispenser, but a little practice makes it easier to get the correct angle for easier tearing. The white paper is divided down the length of the tape so you can peel off one side at a time. I do have a hard time getting it peeled off occasionally. This would also work great to stick your bras straps to your tank straps to make sure they don’t show. I am so impressed with this Braza Tape. I highly recommend it to anyone needs to hold clothing in place, even when they are getting wet.I purchased this full price for my own use.

Let me start off by saying that I was you once, young and naive about the Braza Swim companion flash tape. I earnestly read tons of these reviews. Some said this tape is great, some said it sucks. Let me tell you, it sucks. I hoped for the best ordering it, because I really didn’t want to flash my brother and dad on our beach trip. I tried it out as soon as it was delivered to my house. With a clean bathing suit and clean skin. It will stick, but if you’re expecting the tape to actually hold anything in place, you’re out of luck. It has zero stamina when stretching or moving in my bathing suit, it ripped right off of my skin and the bathing suit. I highly doubt it would have held up against the ocean waves. Maybe amazon will refund my $14, but I did use up half a roll in 15 minutes trying to make it work, so who knows. My advice if you buy this tape: don’t wear your bathing suit around someone who you don’t want to accidentally flash!

Works great! Used it for my bathing suit in Vegas and to hold up my wedding dress straps. Stayed put. Arrived promptly.

シルクのリボンタイのブラウスの胸元をとめるのに使ってみました。3cmくらいを3-4時間。なんだか痒くなってきたのではがしました。皮膚は大丈夫でしたが、服にへばりついてとれにくく、とれたと思ったら粘着物質が服に残存しました。ガムテープでなんとかとりましたが、生地が傷みました。もう二度と使いません。長時間つけて皮膚剥がれたってレビューとかを見て、ウソでしょ？って思ってましたが、十分ありえます。これなら普通の両面テープの方がいいです。

夏には必需品です！使いやすく貼りやすく生地を傷めずたくさん活躍してくれました。Hawaii旅行にも持っていく予定です！

海に行った際使用しました。剥がれにくく、水に浸かっても粘着力がなくなることはありませんでした。肌が強い方ですが、剥がす際少し痛みを生じましたので敏感肌の方には不向きかもしれません。
