I think the best way is to go back to the seller and see if there is any manufacturing defects on the kettle or not. Take some photos of the condition of the kettle and explain what symptoms you can see, e.g. indicator light not on, blown fuse, etc. The seller can then contact the manufacturer to see if replacement can be done or not. regards, MingMart
