Holds the temperature a long time
I have meds that require refrigeration and I enjoy traveling a lot. I recently took a cruise and had to fly to Seattle. My small thermos would not hold my meds and needles. This worked great. A lot of room inside and held the temperature for the 2 days I needed it to. My hotel had no fridge so I had to keep it in this. Again it stayed cold the whole time and I was able to travel with it to and from without any issues with TSA either. Great product, good quality and works great. I would highly recommend this product for those who travel with meds that need a fridge.

Perfect case for travel
Iโm so glad I bought this! I travel a lot for work and this cooler keeps my pens from getting warm and I can repack it to transport the used pens home easily.

Great cooler
Kept my insulin at fridge temp for about 36 hours. Pretty sure it wouldโve kept cold longer but I checked on it multiple times out of worry.

Fancy little thermal for insulin pens.
I love these coolers. I purchased two. I can keep them in the trunk of my car, covered with blankets or in another cooler and they stay cool longer than what the description gave. The attachment bag has side pockets to add other medications or needles and meters. I can put two pens in the inserted black velvet like bag that goes inside the thermal next to the freezer ice pack. No I have not tried to insert more than two pens.

My new cruise cooler
I bought this to take my medication with me on my cruise. The cooler is very well made. I'm not worried about my medication being damaged. The ice packs make it easy to keep everything cool without any issues. The price was great for what you get . Love the thermometer that come with it so no guessing if everything stayed at the right temp. Everything works as it should. Couldn't be happier

Very versatile purchase
Thermos does a good job of staying cold and can hold a good amount of medication for a trip away from the house. Ice packs fit well both in the thermos and in lunchboxes for extra utility. When not used for medication, I used the bag for water bottles and snacks. For the price I was impressed with all the extra stuff I can do with the various extras.
