Have been using this for a couple of years now and have tried other brands, but keep coming back to this one. Take it usually before my workout and along with a pre workout supplement, it really helps get the blood flowing and lasts for the entirety of the workout without any jitters, mood swings or other side effects.

After using this supplement, I feel the difference in my energy levels. I feel more stronger than before. I do take 1 or 2 capsules rather than 4 a day. It varies from person to person. For me 1 or 2 is enough. There is no Odor, nor do I feel any side effects from taking this supplement. Definitely, worth the money!
