Small Differences I noticed in comparison to Amazon vs purchased in a local store (Maryland). Same smell and liquid consistency. BOTTLE IS FULL. I'm going to start taking it again July 1, 2026. I'll update if I experience any differences from the other local bottle. Thank you so much Serene Herbs. The benefits "I" have gotten from this are that it (1) regulated my blood sugar and (2) improved my sleep (insomnia). (3) It helped joint pain; inflammation. (4) It grew my hair and nails significantly — but I also deep condition with Flaxseed Gel and take Geritol. (5) It cleared my acne IN THE SUMMER and my skin felt softer (esp on legs). (6) No more constipation!!! I'm regular. Before it was made twice a week. Now I have BMs twice a day. I don't feel as moody. (7) It detoxes the tongue. My tongue is getting slipperier? Idk if that is TMI but sometimes I'd wake up dehydrated and my tongue was pale and rough looking (not thrush) just LIGHTER; even after scraping my tongue/brushing teeth (complete dental care.) But after taking Serene Herbs, my tongue is usually a bright pink (not like a dye either). Also, it improves your taste buds. Things are more sweeter, saltier, spicier. Oh, and this supplement is MOST DEFINITELY bitter. The first week, I could barely stomach it. I had to dilute it after the first try. But by week 2??? I was drinking it straight… with a chaser of juice. Then, I got to the point where I was drinking it straight, no chaser needed. A swish of water just to rinse the after-taste out. I truly never wanna run out of this herbal cleanse again. I got it on sale too! Buying in bulk maybe even better (cost efficiency).

I was honestly surprised by how quickly this worked. After my very first dose, I definitely noticed the cleansing effects and could feel it working within a short period of time. If you're looking for something to help get things moving and support digestion, this did the job for me. The liquid itself isn't too bad going down, but the aftertaste is another story. The initial taste is manageable, but the bitter herbal aftertaste lingers for quite a while and is pretty strong. That's really my only complaint, but considering how effective it was, I can overlook it. Great product I'm 5/8 179 not really a big stomach, but I do suffer with lots of pain and stiffness on the first day. The pain from the inflammation was gone. I was able to get a good night sleep the second day I had two bowel movements. It was a soft stool. My stomach felt very light. I woke up energetic. I wasn't as hungry as I usually would be before I started this product. The taste is nasty but tolerable how are use it in the morning on an empty stomach when I feel myself getting hungry I eat a light snack peanut butter, crackers, and for evening I eat a small portion meal bake meat and vegetable along with the meal I take1 hums flatter than me to work with the product overall, my stomach has went down a little. It's just day two but not bloated at all as of right now it's good results.

I would do a five star review except for the taste. This supplement has a hint of swamp water flavoring glazed with pond scum and just a hint of fresh mud. That being said: IT WORKS! I have been taking mine at night and I immediately feel lighter, more regulated, and it is a tiny amount to be taken at a time so the taste isn't a huge obstacle. it's not like taking a laxative. It's not like changing everything in your refrigerator. It is effective for gentle and fast cleansing of the digestive tract just be aware of the gargoyle phlegm type of taste.

Update as June 28, I was nervous taking this because I felt a few cramps, it look gross and taste earthy. I take it as a shot and chase it with water. My kids take it too. My teen is a trooper he just takes it but no chase. This concoction has been cleaning me out!!! The kids only been just regular a few times a day. No other other effects taking it. Day one, when I consumed it I felt light headed and aware of my body. Day two, I felt like my body was getting acclimated to the effects of the herbs. Bowels was immediate on this day. Day three, I went from 1x a day to 3x bowels a day. Day four, regular now! No more constipation! Day five, Normal self with regular soft bowels. So far it has been great! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS IF YOUR PREGNANT, KIDNEY OR COLON MEDICAL ISSUES OR ON MEDICATION. TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR. The taste is super earthy. Helps to mix with water. I am hoping it is good quality ingredients. The reviews were not great on authenticity so hoping these ingredients are great for detoxing the colon. The value is great but the consistency and effects matters most. Will update.

This is the REAL DEAL! I bought a soursop bitters that was cheaper a month ago. It was sweet! It did nothing! So I bought SERENE during prime days . OMG!! It does not taste as bad as advertised! IT WORKS!! Things are moving out in my digestive system. Within 3 days I am feeling less bloated! I WILL PAY MORE NOW FOR BETTER PRODUCT THAT WORKS!

The taste is absolutely horrible. Works great for constipation relief. I do not recommend taking it if you have somewhere to go. It does relieve bloating. I have purchased it four times, definitely recommend. Has many benefits. Be sure to read the directions. It is pricey, but I feel it’s worth the money. It does increase my energy level, which is worth a million dollars to me.
