All-Health Antibacterial Sheer Adhesive Pad Bandages, 3 in x 4 in, 30 ct

Several reviews have stated these bandages don't adhere well. My first attempt at applying one seemed to share that result. So I thoroughly washed my skin around my wound and let it dry for a very short time and tried again with a fresh bandage. It stuck very well and stayed on until I removed it, with complaints from my fuzzy arm hairs, 12 hours later. After cleaning my wound and surrounding area, I applied a new bandage. It stuck easily and remains stuck hours later. That tells me these bandages have plenty of hold as long as your skin is clean and dry before applying. I'm happy with the quality, effective protection, ease of use, size, and price.

My Mom has a sore on her leg from bumping into things that's exacerbated by her poor circulation. She asked me to get her large bandages tp cover it up and protect it. I found these and asked he what she thought. Her response was to go ahead and buy them, We received them the other day and she immediately tried them. The verdict is she likes them. For the type of sore she has on her calf where there is little to no movement they work well for her. Hopefully her leg will heal soon, so I'll no longer need to purchase. But if she needs them we'll have no problem purchasing again.

They work. For the most part, they stay on. I used them to cover a surgical incision on my back. Used one daily for about 3 weeks. In that time I had two peel off before the end of day. Didn't use the whole box but will keep them around.

Very thin plastic on the outside, but I think it would be sufficient for a bandage changed twice daily... Assuming it's not on a joint. I bought these for my son to use on his knee. He's 8, he had a bike accident, and we needed something big enough for that wound. Yes they were big enough, but they came off with a couple hours even when he wasn't particularly active. His skin was clean and dry when applied; these just aren't great bandages for a moving body part. Maybe on the back or side of the thigh or arm. We also bled through a couple of these during the first few days after the injury. Definitely a cheap stopgap bandaid, but I'm definitely getting something more robust and these can be back-up.

I have now purchased two boxes of these, and just ordered a third. My husband is handicapped and gets wounds on his bum from sitting so much. I have found these absolutely wonderful for this purpose. They protect the risk areas and help them heal where they have raw or bleeding spots. The nurse was using gauze bandages with various kinds of tape and his wounds just got worse, I think from the gauze abrading the wounds further from sliding under pressure. These bandages do not slide at all, because they are smooth on the backs so lessen any pulling when sitting. They generally stay on two to three days before I replace them if needed. AWESOME!

I get mixed results with these. Of course it's the adhesion which is the issue, and it's the only real issue I've experienced while using these over the past month. I did realize that the position I was in when I applied the bandage had a big effect on adhesion and how long it would stay on. The bandage is on the side of my abdomen and at first I was putting it on while standing. It kept coming off and I was afraid these would be useless to me. It seemed to come off when I was sitting though so I tried applying it then when my skin in that area is actually relaxed rather than stretched, it made a big difference. They stay on pretty well now, for the most part. I'm able to use them so they weren't a waste of money. I didn't experience any reactions or discomfort to the antibacterial agent as some have. It should be noted though that it's still a little inconsistent with how well it adheres, and even at its best it's not going to stick like the leading elastic brand ones do.

Seems like some of the ones in the package don't stick as well. Some are awesome. Overall too $$ for only some of them to stick.
