At $120, this mat is ridiculously overpriced for what is otherwise some thin fabric, some padding, and plastic spikes. Despite this, I am still happy with the mat. If you are willing to pay the price, you will receive a good product.

I am in my 60s and seen all the junk and scams. Seen the many reviews, so figured willing to try another. Well this was much more than I expected! It burned, and I could only handle 2 min. got up and said another scam. 5 min later I felt a rush of energy and suddenly my sinuses cleared up, that never happens. The next few hours, I was just feeling great. Cant explain the science behind this, but it works. Glad I bought the Shakti, its expensive but seen it's worth it on reddit posts. As the cheaper versions have less effectiveness and more pain. I can say this, in Kung Fu you have to learn to direct CHI and this I think has something to do with opening those channels is my best guess.
