Worth the cost
Love it! I had bought a cheaper one and didn’t feel like I was getting the full effects. Bought this and really enjoying it. Also, like the app that you can download that gives guided meditations to use while on it.

You will love it! I was straight online buying the number 2 intensity and the cushion. Then the leg wraps…… Masochism? Moi?

Daily user!
My wife and I are obsessed with our Shakti mat and now use daily. Provides relief from back and neck tension and after consistent use can feel like it is having a more lasting effect. First couple of uses are painful but once you power through, the warm release is totally worth it and has almost a meditative effect.

need to level up
I should have ordered the level 2 or 3. I feel it would be more effective. I ordered the level one as so many people said how painful the mat was initially. I soon found out these people are being overly dramatic.

Relaxing on the shakti
Didn’t hurt as much as I thought. Every time I’ve used it I’ve drifted off to sleep and have extended my initial 30 mins for a longer lie
