Incredible for postpartum healing… I had a natural birth and needed stitches and these were fantastic! A little bit bulky when sitting down, but did not matter as they helped with the pain so much!!

Only needed half of them for my stitches area, gave the other half to my pregnant neighbour. Lasted about 20 mins. Wasn't sure if one worked properly, didn't make the usual snapping noise and only got a little bit cool. Did the job and healed quickly.

Good pads for women and very flexible in terms how and where you can use them. The cold is instant and last a good while 20min aprox. better vs pills if this works for you. They are really big and long and easy attachable to multiple places on your body there are no limits really. The pack contains 12 pads for £24.99 and it is very handy to have it at home just in case. This was great for immediately after birth. It helped to relieve pain however it did leave me sitting in a wet patch as it defrosted.

I really like that these pads have a cooling effect without putting into the freezer. They are a good size and i found they have worked quite well and definitely help ease things. Good value.

I love these ice pack. They are easy to activate and very versatile thought they only last for twenty minutes each time Approx but still Functions well. It can be used for ankles neck and back too. Perfect for emergency and good size to leave a few in the car as ice pack. Works out to be £2 a pack which I think is good value.

I am soon to give birth so I thought these were an essential for the hospital bag, and really glad I tried them as they will be perfect for postnatal care. Unlike other products that need to go in the freezer, these pads have a gel inside them that is activated by pressure, which allows them to crystallise and cool without the need for freezing. This for me is great in terms of being away from home (in my case in the hospital) and able to activate them when I need them. You fold the pad in half to start the cooling process, and the pad itself then cools nicely and remains cold Dor a long while. I would say it’s cool, not freezing so not too uncomfortable and definitely soothes without being too cold. The pads have an adhesive strip underneath so you can secure them to clothing/ underwear. These for me are a great find simple because you get 12 in a box so plenty to use, and you can activate them anywhere without needing anything else or a freezer to get them to temperature. I have no doubt these will be a postnatal essential!

I tried three different ice pads and these are the coldest. The pack is a 12 count while others are 8. I think these are worth the money because the product works like a charm.

I had my baby 1 1/2wk ago, it works well and the padding isn’t too thick and not too thin so you can actually feel the coldness that you need to feel comfortable.

Super cold where needed

Use them in the hospital after having my baby and they work great but I didn't like how it feels like you are sitting in water.
