Like magic for food noise and a wicked sweet tooth. They mix well into beverages. It does have a slight taste if you mix it with water. I normally put it in with electrolytes and coconut water so I don’t mind the taste. Expensive but worth it.

I haven’t been taking this long enough to know for sure if it works for me but it’s easy enough to add to my routine. There is a sweet taste to it so if you add it to straight water, you’ll know. I add it to coffee - warm beverages definitely dissolve better. Pricey but at least you know you’re getting the right dose.
