I like this product, and use it to cook with, and chopped, to make a super trail mix with other Zeina nuts and seeds. No additives, 1kg size keeps well in simple, thick, bag packaging. Like the fact. I usually use a different brand but I thought I'd give these a go. Nice quality and fresh. Lovely sprinkled on my breakfast. Really good for you. Don't eat if you take warfarin or any other blood thinners though, they contain a lot of vitamin K. Otherwise lovely.

Ok....but...
Just got a 1kg bag of these seeds....no worries about the quality/taste as I've had them for a couple of years and are always good, so why am I writing this? Well I was surprised to see a "best by" date of Nov 22....luckily I only got one bag this time...even so I will have to use these more often to get the best out of them. Unless you use loads of these.... just get them a bag at a time ( if they are going to be supplied with a short date).
