True to form
I am 5 foot 10 221 lb and I bought their leggings in XL prepared for them to be too small and they fit perfect I usually get a 2XL or 3XL in leggings I am so glad I bought them in my true to form size. So I decided to try their shirts and they are the same way I bought an XL and it fit a little baggie which is perfect because I plan to wear it under my short sleeve shirts.

Runs very large, especially for "compression" base layers
The copper thing is a gimmick, I know. I don't care about that.Fits the way you'd expect a baggy walmart shirt or athletic wear to fit. Being a compression garment for base layers, it should be much, much slimmer. Biceps aren't too bad. Wrists are a little loose. Torso is ridiculous for anyone who isn't morbidly obese.5'7, 140+ lb all muscle
