Bad luck for me
Wonderful product But It’s not getting charged I don’t know, it’s the defect in charger or main unit. Not happy after returning it.

Working as expected but no charging indicator
The product is good to use as expected from brand like philips but a major design flaw came accross is the charging indicator. There is no led on the trimmer or the charging block. Let me know if its just the product which i recieved or all of them like it.

Not a durable product. Product broken as I washed it after first use. Not a water resistant.
I took this product after reading some positive reviews though they were negative reviews. This is because of the beautiful description and looking at the images, accessories and no. of pieces. But I don't think this product is worth the price because it is not water resistant as mentioned. As soon as I washed it under tap after first use, the motor started on and I was never able to put it off. It ran till the charging is finished. After that I charged it again and never washed it after use. Used it for few months and washed it again after the use. The machine again went on and its not stopping now again. May be I received a defective piece but the support from the supplier is poor. They say the product is out of amazon's return policies and it cannot be covered under warranty either since the product is imported from US. Hence be careful. If the product works, well and good. Else tough luck. Its just a trail and error experimentation.
