New Design doesn't match the previous one. New LED unit means new light!
I purchased 3 of these in 2024 and was very pleased with them. After 2 years one has stopped working. The ceiling fixture, wired to the mains, can stay in place and you can unscrew the LED unit which needed replacing. I ordered another light and was just going to use the LED unit. That's where the problem starts. Only a new design is available although the videos and description on Amazon refer to the old design. The new design is a poor replacement. The LED unit now has to be wired into the mains and a different ceiling fixture is used and due to the wiring it has to be placed in a different position. Instead of just replacing the LED unit I now have to get an electrician to install the new light which is far more expensive. I have tried to get a just a replacement LED but have been unable to source one. Several reviews mention the short life of the lights so beware!
